Absolutely amazing food! The absolute best Thai we’ve had here in Texas! If you’ve been to Le Thai in Vegas (we were going to make a trip to eat there), this place easily rivals that and quenched our need for really really good Thai. The red curry with brisket was our favorite, 10/10

My family and I have been to Charm Taphouse five times during their soft opening, and tried the curry mac and cheese with pulled pork, the special yellow curry, brisket fried rice. Pad kee mao, thai green beans, tom yum soup, pork belly bao, Brisket red curry, and orange chicken. The dood is delicious and marries the smokiness and tenderness of the BBQ meats with the delicious curry and spices of Thai cuisine. The green beans are the best green beans I have ever tasted! The only dish that was a tad disappointing in flavor was the chicken pad kee mao. The rest were amazing! The cocktails are a fun flavor twist on classic drinks, and they are ALL good! Our servers have always been friendly, efficient, and got our orders right every time even during the soft open, and had great food and beverage recommendations. The atmosphere isn’t terribly special, but the restaurant is comfortable. Its a great spot for a casual business lunch or date night, and the food will bring you back constantly!

We were here for lunch and had the double fried smoked wings which were fabulous 👌. The brisket fried rice with the ribs also extremely good.

Food was amazing! Isaac our server had great recommendations and was on top everything!

Best flavors I’ve found in the Woodlands area, hands down. Everything we had was perfection, presentation, cook, taste, all of it. Great drink/tap menu too.

We happened by Charms Taphouse & BBQ for lunch and found the Texas BBQ and Thai fusion in food a perfect match. The Green Beans and Brussels Sprouts were delicious, I enjoyed my Mac & Cheese Brisket Egg Rolls and my Brisket Fried Rice was delicious.
This was a nice change from traditional bbq and there were some great selections for my wife and daughter who are vegetarian.

If the service is just okay, then the quality of the food better be stellar. The food was STELLAR. Ordered the fried chicken wings, pork belly fried rice and green beans. All the dishes were perfectly executed. Flavor profiles were cohesive. Texture of every component in each dish cooked with expertise. It's obvious, Charm's cooks are very skilled. Front of the house was short staffed. Our server did his best. I saw that expeditor was helping the front of the house, excellent team work. Restrooms were very clean.

honestly, can’t recommend this place enough - some of the best food around! the service is great, presentation amazing, and taste out of this world!! you won’t find anything like it anywhere, probably ever. and that should say enough already!

Charm Taphouse & BBQ is a flavor showdown in the best possible way. Thai comfort and Texas smoke don’t usually share the same plate, but here they blend together like they were always meant to be friends. We sampled a wide spread of their menu, and every single dish hit the mark. The meats were tender, the sauces had depth, and the Thai flavors added this bright, unexpected spark that kept us going back for “just one more bite.”

The staff was welcoming, the vibe was relaxed, and the food came out hot and fast. It’s the kind of place where you finish eating and immediately start planning what you want to try next time.

If you’re looking for a spot that’s fun, flavorful, and a little different from your average BBQ joint, Charm Taphouse & BBQ is absolutely worth the visit!

Finally made it over to Charm Taphouse & BBQ — and wow, what an experience!

We had an absolutely wonderful time. The food fusion was spot-on and perfectly complementary! The pork belly burnt ends with sticky rice were an incredible combo, rich and flavorful. The Tom Yum green beans were perfectly cooked — crisp, fresh, and packed with amazing flavor.

The sample platter of meats, paired with their Thai sauces and salads, took the BBQ to a whole new level — rich, balanced, and bursting with layers of flavor that perfectly showcase both Southern smokehouse comfort and vibrant Thai cuisine.

We were lucky enough to have both the GM and one of the owners there, personally making sure we got the full fusion experience of Thai and BBQ flavors. Their pride and hospitality really stood out.

Can’t wait to come back and try more!

Love this place! We haven’t had one thing we haven’t liked. Everything is super flavorful, the staff has always been prompt and friendly. It’s been a great addition to that area, highly recommend!
