Came In Cheddars Scratch Kitchen to go on Friday night 03/07/2025 with my children. And I was greeted by Ms. Kate D. She was very professionally nice, with patience of each order, made she sure I took my time and was engaging with me and my children. She also made sure that she re-read me my order to make sure their were no errors. When the food was done it was nicely packed, had all the condiments and made sure to ask if there was anything else that was needed if she had forgotten anything but it was perfect with A-1 service. I love genuine, nice, and kind individuals like Kate. That love what she does and doesn't act as if it's just for a paycheck. Thank you Kate for making my experience a good one. Hope to see you soon.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience dining here! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The service was top-notch—attentive but not overbearing, and our server made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal.

I ordered a burger, and it was delicious! The bun was fresh and perfectly toasted, the patty was juicy and flavorful, and the toppings were crisp and fresh. The addition of the thick slice of onion and fresh lettuce gave it a nice crunch, and the balance of flavors was just right. The side of green beans was also a nice touch, adding a homestyle feel to the meal.

Everything came out hot and fresh, and it was clear that a lot of care went into preparing the food. The portion sizes were generous, ensuring we left feeling satisfied. The presentation was great, and even the small details, like the quality of the paper wrapping and plating, made a difference.

Ordered 2 appetizers, 1 finally showed up when the main corse showed up. The queso fries were so salty we couldn't eat them. Bake potatoes were not cooked & hard. Pork Chops were tough and had a fight to saw through them with the steak knife. Wife's meat loaf was cold and she described it as tasting like dirty meat. Tea was bitter tasting too. This is about the 7th time we have ate at this restaurant and will probably be our last.
Update: and possibly food poisoning since I've been up all night sick

Food was cold. That pisses me off to pay my hard earned cash for sub par food much less being cold. Saving grace are the croissants and our service was excellent. I forgot her name but if i return i will look for our waitress. The swirl margaritas were inexpensive not sure if any liquor was in there but still not bad.

We went there after church. 11 of us we asked to be seated together. We waited 30 minutes before we could be seated. Then when we got to our tables there were only 2 tables pushed together which wasn't enough space,we asked for a third table they cleaned one then we could all be seated. We waited on our food for over an hour. We only had 1 server.
