Order was wrong multiple times, steak was seasoned super heavy to the point it inedible. waitress was nice but barely came by. Don't think we will be back.

Everything was perfect. Hot ,fresh ,quick and friendly. And the prices keep you coming back. I can't think of any bad to say , so I won't say anything. Will definitely be back and make it a regular place from this point forward

I don’t typically leave bad reviews, but this visit to Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen was truly disappointing. The food came out cold — not just warm or room temperature, but actually cold — and had to be sent back multiple times. After the third attempt, we were completely over it. This was something that could have easily been avoided with a little more care in the kitchen. Our waiter was terrific and did everything he could, but the manager and cooks really dropped the ball. All three meals (in our party at our table) — chicken, fries, potatoes, you name it — were cold from the start. We could overhear other tables stating the same thing. Even a waitress in the distance was overheard telling her table this was a running theme, that a lot of people had been sending food back lately stating their food was cold or undercooked. Definitely not the experience we expected. And will not be going back.

This was lovely. We had a daytime celebration at the restaurant. It was just lovely. I tried a new dish and enjoyed my lunch.

My husband and I have eating at this location since it opened in Conroe. We usually stop in once a month on a Friday. There have been issues but nothing yesterday. We arrived around 4 pm. There was no one to greet us but there were several staff in the bar laughing and looking at us.The young lady arrived we asked for a booth, and she told that there were none available. We had to settle on a 2 person booth. My husband counted 7 available table all in the immediate area. We were never greeted by a wait staff, and when looked up. There were 3 people laughing and conversing at the front. We ended up leaving and eating elsewhere.

The food was amazing and our server (I forgot his name) was a sweetheart. I got the chicken fried chicken and I recommended. My only suggestion and ask is if we can get more CROISSANTS THEY’RE SO GOOD.

The food was great. Had the fish and shrimp meal! The shrimp were nice and meaty. There fish was seasoned good to! The waitress Sabrina was very personable and efficient. Enjoyable personality! Will go back for sure!
