First time ever eating at cheddars and I was extremely disappointed. Was seated almost immediately because it was practically empty. My family and I sat and waited and waited and waited for a server to come greet us. We kept getting passed by and stared at by multiple different servers but not greeted. Took 20 minutes for a server to finally come, right before we were getting up to leave. We decided to stay and order. The food my son and I ordered was not available..the food we ended up getting was gross. And the bill was so high for being gross and we really didn’t order much. My husband didn’t even order anything!The manager didn’t think to come by and apologize to all of the inconveniences. We won’t be back.
First time stopping at this restaurant really enjoyed my food. Waitress was friendly and efficient so was the hostess

I got the chicken and shrimp plate with baby carrots and a baked potato.The chicken was cold and chewy. Baby carrots were still hard. Potato was dry.
