I go to this Chick-fil-A very often never had a problem but one week I went two days in a row, my order was missing something and the other time I got something I didn’t ask for. Overall thank you all for y’all’s service it’s really appreciated.

Like all Chick file A's, good food at a good price with a friendly helpful staff. Now that the honey pepper pimento sandwiches pack I'll be going there a lot more often. Absolutely one of the best sandwiches they have I was so disappointed when they stopped offering them.

The food was bad today. Thin chicken and it taste tough? Like stale… it was also dark for the breading. Maybe it was re-fried. please change that. I used to love the chicken sandwich.
I hate to say it, but the quality of the food has declined. Chick fil a is now using dark (cheap) meat in their chicken. You can taste the difference.
Also, a "nugget" the size of my thumb nail does not count as a nugget. The size of all their food items has undoubtedly decreased. The buns on the sandwiches aren't even fresh anymore.
I grew up with Chick fil a so this is very saddening. I have noticed this trend at several locations over the past two years. The only people to blame are the rich people at the top. Y'all used to pride your company on good quality food and exceptional service. The service is still outstanding - the food, not so much.
