I was surprised at the lack of cleaning of the dining room. We were in the dining room about 9:20 am and it was apparent they had not cleaned many areas from the day or days before. The men’s bathroom was in need of attention, the glass panels at the booths all had little hand prints on them, the floors under the booths were dirty. Leaving this review in the hopes the owners see it and we’re not aware of how dirty the place looks, which is not common at chick-fil-a’s.

Quick service with a smile. I only got tea but it was good.
This is still happening. It must be a part of how that store operates. It's really sad and disheartening that they intentionally lie and knowingly hurt drivers. They know what they're doing and that it hurts our times and still just don't care.
DRIVERS LOOK OUT! the employees push complete from their side WAY before its ready. I have worked in restaurants, they do this dishonest shady trick so their times look faster since most fast food have time targets so they don't take too long. It will make it look like you are slow and the customer will give you less tip and a low rating for taking too long. Them lying to their boss hurts us.

Twice now my breakfast order was wrong. This AM I was the first customer in the drive thru and still get home to find my Sausage Egg and Cheese English Muffin is a spicy chicken biscuit.

Wow never thought there would be a bad Chick-fil-A experience but I have experienced it and will never spend my money here again. Didn’t get all of my order. As in completely forgot my gluten free bun although you pay extra for such. Extremely salty fries my kids didn’t want to eat them. I could go on but I won’t be back to eat at any cfa for a while maybe ever. Not happy with the all around quality of food lately I use to love this establishment 🥺

Arguably the easiest five-star review ever. Food’s always hot, service is always fast, and everyone’s polite like it’s in the training manual—which it probably is. They run things tight here. Doesn’t matter how busy it gets, they keep it moving. Just solid every time. Only open 6 days a week and still 10times better than other fast food restaurants.

I thought I would treat myself to chick-Fil-A today in conroe after getting blood work done and fasting for twelve hours... is it just me or has the quality of there food gone down hill? I haven't been this is chick fil a in a long time... Years ago, when I worked in Houston, I would stop by Chick-fil-A and get the same Spicey chknbiscuit i treated myself today, and it would have a chunk of chicken breast. Couldn't eat it all... This spicy sandwich today is less then a sixth of a piece of a chicken breast. And more expensive may I add.. next time, I'll just cook it at home... got a pic of what they advertise online versus the sad pic of the remnants given to me today. Lol. ... At least McD's english muffin egg sandwich, it's pretty much the same every time...

Actually had to wait a bit today. Not because of the workers error. Just think the car didn't know what they wanted or maybe ordered a VERY LARGE order. Other than that I'm always pleased with Chick-fil-A
