Drive through was empty, but at the same time the female that was the only person I delt with in the drive through had to ask me multiple times if you had received my drink…. And the nuggets in my opinion were cold and had 2 much breading on them this time.

This is the best branch of chick fil a I have ever gone to . The staff is the friendliest and efficient. Shout out to Isaiah , the MVP. Super professional, clear communication, friendly and made our nights.

Stopped by Chick-fil-A to grab dinner for the three of us. After waiting in the drive-thru line, we placed our order and made sure to specify that my chicken sandwich must not be spicy due to serious stomach issues — including a perforated stomach and an ulcer. The staff read the order back, and it still showed as spicy, so we corrected it right then.
When we pulled up to the main window, we were told to park and wait — not unusual, but frustrating after already confirming the order twice. When the food finally came out, the receipt still said “spicy chicken sandwich.” We asked again if it was correct, and the employee assured us we could tell the difference. My girlfriend tested a small piece just to be safe — and sure enough, it was spicy.
It took another 5–10 minutes to get the correct sandwich.
This wasn’t just an inconvenience — it could’ve easily turned into a serious medical issue.
For a restaurant that prides itself on service and attention to detail, this experience was disappointing and careless. If a customer goes out of their way to explain a health concern, the least that can be done is to ensure the order is correct before handing it out.
I will admit, the young lady who was trying to correct our order did outstanding, she was just the middle man of this error.

My truck broke down in the drive thru line- transmission got stuck in reverse. The manager was able to problem solve and keep everyone calm while I got to a safe spot. Forgot the young man’s name but he deserves a raise.
