First time eating at this location. My chicken sandwich was chewy and rubbery. First time I’ve ever experience this from Chikfila. Hopefully I won’t be sick tomorrow.

I've never had a issue with the food quality of chic fil A. Except for this location the fries are always uncook. The filet is poorly breaded. I live in the neighborhood and was happy when they open up. I understand the rush and fast service goal, but I don't want to keep having to finish cooking my fries at home so I won't get sick. And yes I've ask for well done fries.

Seems the new mobile scan drive thru now takes longer than the drive up. This is not the 1st time experiencing this. At least 5 cars got their orders before I did. It makes it useless ordering ahead.

Quick service through the drive-through, a lot of employees were smiling and friendly. Top notch customer service with respectful "yes ma'am" responses. The food was fresh and hot, I even had to wait to eat the delicious chicken deluxe meal I always ordered!
