This is the third time they've messed up my order. Shorted me two chicken sandwiches??? I didn't think I needed to check my bag every time I order something. Secondly, the employees act like they're working at a McDonald's; they're all rude, slow, and let out deep sighs if you ask them for an extra sauce pack...or they say something like, "I gave you two already in your bag". What's worse is this location doesn't even have an indoors area to sit and eat. Idk who opened this chain but it's gonna get closed QUICK like this

Everyone was helpful and the service was great, but the food has a strange taste. I have noticed this multiple times over the last few months and everything just has an off taste.
What a terrible location and a terrible design. They have like 50 parking spots but no inside seating, no bathrooms, cringy religious music playing and no bathrooms.
Who wants to sit in the hot sun when it's 105 outside and eat chicken ?
I'm so happy that they built one closer than having to go to the ONLY and forever packed chic fila on 105 ..THIS NEW one on N Loop is amazing .. thanks for listening

4 Stars because they forgot to put my Colby Jack Cheese on my sandwich. Repeated my ordered correctly, my printed sticker order on the side of the bag was even correct & food was hot. But they failed on that 1 part. And this was my 1st time stopping at this location.
For reference this mistake took place on Tuesday, October 1st between 8:05pm & 8:20pm.
