It was my first time here today. I came in at 2pm and dinning room was empty (a few people came in after me). I wasn’t greeted right away but the cashier was super nice and friendly. I ordered the 3 piece for myself thinking I wouldn’t get full but I only ate one and the sides and it filled me up! The chicken was so crispy and fresh/hot! The sweet tea is delicious! It was a bit pricey for my meal (that I didn’t finish). It was $15 but I think next time I’ll just order the 2 piece.Also, when I was sitting down eating, a different cashier went up and I noticed she was also friendly and helpful. Overall, I would say definitely give this place a try! I had a great experience here and will definitely come back.

Did someone say corn nuggets? These bad boys speak to my soul. Idk what kind of magic Chicken Express has in those ingredients but I'm SOLD. Plus their chicken is pretty dang good. My personal "go-to" - Corn Nuggets - Chicken Tenders - Sweet Tea Pros Convenient location: In between 105 and I45, you can easily grab some lunch or dinner and get back on your way. Customer Service: Every-time I come to this location, I always receive the best service. Very friendly staff and helpful, especially when you're trying to save a few dollars for dinner. Taste: The one thing I really like about all chicken expresses is the consistency in the taste of their products. I have not been to one location that tasted "off". Cons Price: There are coupons always running but if you're balling on a budget, you might want to try another restaurant. If you're in the area give them try!

I had the 2 piece fish with coleslaw. The fish was fresh, hot, and awesome. Coleslaw wasn't the best. Dry needed some mayo.The staff were very friendly when I walked in and during my interaction. I noticed staff offered extended help for an elderly gentleman that came in. Good Job everyone.

We have eaten here many times and not once have we been let down. From another individual paying for our while family's meal to having a tiny issue being so over compensated to make it right. The customer service is seriously out of this world!! I honestly don't know which is better the food or the service. 10 out of 10 highly recommend!!!

If you want chicken it tastes like Mom made it years ago this is the place to be very crispy.My original review was 4 years ago and I stopped by today the chicken was it's usual excellent self but the biscuits were small and disappointing I know they have to cut back to the cost but don't skimp on the sides

Never coming here again I love their chicken but the customer service is terrible. They ALWAYS forget to put my sauce and have forgotten my roll numerous times as well and it’s just not worth it anymore. ??
