Visited Chili's again today in Conroe and once again very disappointed. Not in the food but the service. My husband and I walked in about 145pm...4 other couples and a child were waiting to be seated. Restaurant was not packed. Several waitresses walking around, yet people were complaing about shortage of staff. I run a business, there were plenty of staff....I noticed the same thing that I notice every time I visit. LACK OF MANAGEMENT! I have never seen a manager at this location
