It has been a couple years since we have gone to chili's (we don't eat out as much as we once did.) I got the Cajun chicken pasta and said all the fixings was fine. The portion was easily half the size as the last time we went there, but the dish cost twice as much. The toppings were about as scarce as they could be.
I understand costs have risen, but there is a certain point at which you are just cheating your customers.
We sat on the bar side, so I don't fully blame the server for the service, that was our own fault for picking the busiest server, but my wife asked for water, was given tea, we asked for it to be corrected, it never was (not a huge deal, she drinks tea.)
This was once our favorite quick hideaway from the kids, I don't think we will be returning.

Best Chili's experience I've ever had, and boy lemme tell ya, I've been to MANY-a-Chili's. Triple Dippersā¢ļø all over Texas have faced me. All have lost.
Oh, and the lemon drop margarita will knock yer dang socks off. Hope you brought extra.

Been going to this place for years, food there is good the only reason for the 4 star on food is because they like to change the menu alot mostly ends with less stuff and prices high but that's life. Never had bad service there if anything to good of service. There staff likes to just come ask you if everything is okay I'm my opinion way to much. Bathrooms were clean and the sitting areas are clean. I do like how the tv's are in the bar area. Try the fajita trio if your on a date that's enough to feed 2 for sure.

I think this was the most chill and relaxed Chili's I have ever been to. I enjoyed my meal, the Chipotle bowl was exactly what I wanted; a simple, light, fresh salad.

I come here every time I'm down visiting my sisters and step mom, and each time I visit, Brittney is my sever and she is very efficient and very helpful! and if she's not my server I still see her working very hard! She even knows her guest by Name! so Next time you go in ask for her!

If i could give this place a 0 I would. Worst experience ever. Food was cold. Waited 15 mins to get attended after being sat. App came out 22 mins AFTER placing order and it was cold! Food came out 3 minutes LATER and it was cold. The fajitas were cold pieces of meat like left overs? Maybe? I dont know. Never got checked on. The server named Sarah was too busy taking a baby to the back instead of taking care of her guests. GROSS AND UNPROFESSIONAL. UNSANITARY! She only took care of the family of 5 sitting next to us that came AFTER we did.
Chell the manager took care of us but come on Chilis do better. This is why we had stopped coming the first time but we had never complained prior. But this time was ridiculous.

I should have looked at all the reviews first. This is the worse restaurant, because the food took 35mins( the place was empty), the food was cold and service was horrible. This was my second time coming back thinking š¤ the problems was fix. This is my last. Chiliās just let me down and I wasted my money.

I donāt know if tonight was just a bad night or what but first we sat down in the regular seating area we asked for a drink specials. They told us we had to be sitting in the bar area in order to get served the specials so we move tables to the other side of the building, just to get drink specials. Then the new waitress informs us that the other waiter couldāve honored those drink specials, but chose not to, why ? who knows. Then when we placed our order pretty easy, two orders of the triple dippers, and a side salad with a kids crispy chicken tenders, and one order of the smokehouse barbecue double rack of ribs with sauce. They bring our food out itās completely wrong. The triple dipper is the wrong option that was selected then they brought out a whole order of quesadillas. Nobody ordered. They brought out the smokehouse barbecue with one rack of ribs not 2 like ordered and dry no sauce. - Idk if the kitchen just did what they wanted or if the order was just put in wrong. Who knows. Iāll be surprised if and when we go back.
