So no surprise here, when you order for pickup they skimp on your portions big time! Also they’re almost always out of various items. Chipotle is going down hill so fast. Avoid here!

- The grill looked extreamly dirty. Black to the point it looked burnt and you could see charred food all over the top. -counter were dirty -spilled drinks on the floor and dirty tables left unclean
That should have been our sign of how unsanitary the place is . But no we had to get our food since we really love chipotle and the food. Once we got our food to go we head home and start eating. Really enjoying the flavor till we find hair not only on my bowl but in my boyfriends bowl too. DISGUSTING We really went there just to waste our money and time . Never coming back to this location.

They gave me brown rice hard like rocks in my burrito bowl. Nothing I hate more than wasting money. I felt very disrespected because they knowingly sold me inedible food.

I ordered two bowls and they didn’t even fill the bowl up! I can literally see the bottom of the bowl. It’s barely half full.

Every time I come to this location it always looks nasty and dirty. I went there tonight and staff in back of restaurant wasn’t friendly. I want veggies they didn’t have veggie. They always running out things that you want on your food. I rather drive extra minutes to different locations to better serve and cleaner environment

This is the worst chipotle ever. Don’t even try to place a pickup order here, or if you do come at least 20 minutes after the time because they are SO slow and you will be waiting forever. What is the point of a pickup order if you can’t grab it and go??
