Ordered online. Came to pick up my order, got to my car and noticed the chips and queso were not in the bag. Came back inside, and three employees talking and one sitting on the counter. Waited for just a few seconds…… asked for my chips and queso. She goes to grab a small and I explain I ordered a large. She hands me the queso….. queso dripping all down the side of the container. Get home to find out the extra tortilla I paid for was not in the bag. Open my bowl to find out the guacamole I paid for wasn’t in my bowl? The tacos are supposed to have veggies on them, no veggies? Try to call the restaurant twice and no answer(With three people standing around/sitting around?) No other online orders and one customer in the restaurant? Not acceptable service and unacceptable quality of food, I expect a refund for the items I did not receive.

The service and quality has gone down hill. This evening they were out of rice and queso. They looked annoyed when I wanted to wait. The soda machine was also just carbonation. I’d hire new employees and clean the place up.

I tried to get a refund, and they refused. Pretended that not one of the employees can speak English. They now serve warm, completely brown, dried out guacamole that looks and smells like poo! Gross! The receipt register was also broken.

I’ve been coming to this location for over 5 years with multiple visits per month. In the past year, I have seen the quality of food and service steadily decline. I’ve stopped getting drinks because the iced tea is rarely filled and the soft drinks are constantly just carbonation. The takeout orders I place have constant errors. The quality and flavor of the food is not great. My most recent order had the wrong protein, and clumps of flavorless rice. The bag of large chips was stale and sparsely filled. I rarely leave a review, but I hope that this is seen by someone that can turn things around and start making some improvements soon.

Specific to this location, they skimp you every time on their bowls. I get lunch here regularly because I like the healthier option, but I'll soon stop. My bowl is always half full with barely enough food to fill me up. I've really never encountered this problem with any other location, just this one. Maybe it's the management, but I hope they'll do something about it.

I visited this location today 3/23/24. The girl working around 1pm was EXTREMELY rude! I have never in my life been treated the way she was treating me! She clearly does not enjoy her job. Threw the guys in front of me bowl down and then sighed and ask "well what do you want?" "Uhhh okay" pushing my food across the counter. Honestly a horrible experience! Gave 2 stars because the food was good but customer service here is awful and not worth going back ever again.
2/16/2024 I should have had turned around as soon as I saw every table outside and inside filthy dirty.All the workers looked like they hated their life and did not want to be there.Portions were small. Guacamole was brown, sour cream runny almost like watered down.The restrooms..FILTHY. Toilets did not flush.I have worked for fast food restaurant chains and as busy as it gets, theres time in between to tidy up the place a bit.$50 later for 3 bowls.. do not waste your money here.

Food here is always fantastic, great service as well! One big downside with this specific location - They are HORRIBLE about filling up their bowls all the way when it comes to pickup orders.I ordered a pickup a few weeks back and was utterly disappointed when I opened the bowl and saw it was barely full - on my trip today I didn't make the same mistake. The cashier was kind enough to fill the bowls for me which I was super appreciative of.Be sure to check your pick up orders before you drive off!

The cleanliness of this location was poor. The serving counter had food all over it. There were pieces of lettuce in the sour cream and still serving customers out of it. Serving trays were dirty, all available tables were dirty with left over food particles and dirty left over napkins The trash can was overflowing with trash, and the toilet wouldn’t flush.
