Not enough staff to serve the very long waiting crowd of customers and on line orders.The first time in my life, the Chipotle food from yesterday tasted bad. I have been ordering exactly the same food past 30+ years since Chipotle was established, and yesterday was the first time that same Chicken/veggies brown rice bowl with same other ingredients tasted bad. I did not enjoy the food at all. It was a waste of my hard earned money and my previous time waiting to get the food.

This is the worst Chipotle. 5 workers in the store, 1 helping customers. Another is mopping. At least 8 ppl in line. Watched the manager touch his face, then his phone with gloves on then proceeded to help 1 customer with the same gloves. Ridiculous. Going to freebirds from now on.

I ordered two items to go and showed up early. Received a text saying my food was ready and the guy at the to go pick up spot said it wasn’t ready. I proceeded to wait 15 minutes to find it had been sitting there all along. The guy was unapologetic and insisted that his team had just put it there (this was 100% not the case).Then I get home and our orders were wrong, not labeled, and the fajita veggies were burnt. This is not the first very bad experience we’ve had at this location.Extremely disappointed with the consistent issues at this location.

Stopped in to get lunch and decided to use the mens restroom. The door handle was broken and unable to lock. I just walked out. This place is going downhill. The employees dont seem engaged either.
