Came here when I was pregnant and craving a steak bowl. Huge disappointment. The rice was ice cold as well as the corn and steak. I understand it being room temp or chilled but it was actually partially frozen. Completely inedible. My husbands food was ice cold as well. Idk what they’re doing at this location but it ain’t it. Save your money and go somewhere else!!!

Came in today to get my lunch on my break and the white girl on the line has absolutely no manners or proper work ethic. She was using inappropriate language in front of me, she was being messy in her work area and not even cleaning up her mess. i finished my food and looked over to see if she at least cleaned up and it still looked just as bad as before if not worse. Ive been coming to this location for 6 or 7 months and I’ve never had such a worse experience than i have had with this girl. The food and meat were very good and fresh but she just ruined my experience. Do better.

The customer service at this particular location is very poor. The reason I say this is because of the language barriers. No one speaks good English !! Their food doesn't look as fresh as other locations so , I think I'll find another location, just witnessed this morning, the Manager arguing with a customer !! This location is definitely a hard NO for me.

I ordered on the app. Drove over to pick up order and when we got home with the order, they failed to include the chips. Which were paid for. You can't call the store and speak to anyone! You have to answer a survey to report your problem and then you never get contacted. Poor business and even poorer customer service! I should have read the reviews first! Never again!

I ordered my my food on their app in their parking lot. No one touched my order. App said 9:10 for pick up. There was zero customers and it looks like staff were closing down at 9. We have pics of the whole experience and food. When I finally get me food they put zero protein on my bowl and items that I did not order. No one will answer the phone. I paid for food that I can't enjoy and can't get it fixed. I now have to get another ride to order food from another establishment. I've been on hold for ten minutes. Very horrible experience. A manager should reach out over this.
