Our host was late, we were rushed to finish our party. the itinerary wasn't clear, which caused the party to run late and we did not get all of the things that we paid for until we ask for a manager to finish what we needed to do. but at that point most of our family had left cuz we've been there for over 2 hours. also the food was a huge disaster we kept asking where food was and this was like an hour into our party and they keep saying to be just a minute just a minute and then...read full review
