My 3 yr old had her birthday here tonight and it was so much fun!!!! You definitely get your moneys worth with the unlimited games and stuff. (The pizza ain’t bad either. It’s actually really good. I was impressed) When we got home, my daughter said it was the best birthday ever. I’d totally have another party here.

Took my granddaughter to Chuck E Cheese to play some game and I think I played more then she did. We both had fun and enjoyed the day there!!! The entire facility was clean. We did not have anything to eat so I can not comment on that.

Been here many times and honestly its going down hill. Were waiting to be checked in and the young lady at the front with long braids and I'm assuming her manager with blonde hair in a ponytail were just chit chatting paying us no mind. Eventually manager looks up and tells the girl to help us. She still stayed staring down at the computer acting like she was doing something then looks up at us and rudely asks if were going to check in. (Well duh that's why were in line). Anyways tell her yea and she has an attitude the whole time like she doesn't want to be there working. Then she kept mumbling and I realized she had airpods in and was talking on the phone. If you don't like people don't work in customer service, don't spoil other people's experience because you don't feel like working.

This is by far the weakest Chuck E. Cheese I’ve ever been to. I’ve visited at least 15 different Chuck E. Cheese locations in California and Texas, but this one has less than half the games and activities of the others — and even many of those are out of order. Unfortunately, the place isn’t well maintained or clean, and the overall experience was very disappointing compared to other locations.
Honestly, the management of this location should be reviewed closely. It seems like no one is paying attention to the condition of the games or the cleanliness of the place. Many machines are broken or turned off, staff members don’t seem motivated or helpful, and overall it gives the impression that the place is being neglected.
Chuck E. Cheese is supposed to be a fun and safe place for kids, but this location really fails to meet that standard. I hope the corporate team looks into it and takes serious action to improve the experience here.
I was impressed with the facility . We had not been here in over 35 years with our daughter and son and this trip 35 years later with our grand kids . It was a great experience made the kids very happy . Upgrade the prizes a bit

I’m not typically one to write a bad review, but I was pretty disappointed with their approach to customer service. I was charged a different price of admission than my friend (even though we came in together) and made the very same purchase! When I asked to be reimbursed and charged the same price, I was denied. It was a sour experience and the ladies working the front were entirely unhelpful and unwilling to make things right. As a side note, it drives me BONKERS that the trampoline and play zone are an additional cost but aren’t closed off! It’s exhausting and disappointing keeping my toddler off something so tempting. Not a fun day for mom…if you know, you know.
