Way overpriced on everything food the fact that they charge $15 to let kids jump on their little trampolines when it should be part of their whole atmosphere like incredible pizza does

Food is what'd you'd expect but it's grossly overpriced and they wouldn't honor online pricing. They wanted to charge us $11 for a $5 salad. I asked them to honor the pricing and the manager said he doesn't have a button for it so my pregnant wife hat to go without cause she didn't want to be screwed over. 💀 JFC... Never coming back.

Staff does not greet guests. My husband and I overheard managers belittling their staff. Will be calling corporate tomorrow morning. I did not like the treatment that was given to staff. Y’all should be ashamed of yourselves! I hope the managers on duty get fired for complete negligence and disrespect towards employees in front of guests.

We came for lunch and some fun for our kiddos. I ran to the restroom and I hear a grotesque amount of puking followed by a person saying, "I'm super sick". I then see the employee who was doing such walk out and right into the kitchen.
I told the manager that we wanted to cancel our food and leave because of what I just witnessed. She got quiet and started giving us a refund. I asked if she wanted to know who it was or knew and she promptly started yelling at me and berating me completely unprompted and I wasn't being a "Karen".
Wife asked for their district manager info and she wrote down the corporate number and made a smart comment to her stating "they won't do anything for you so good luck" as she slammed the number on the counter and walked away.
I wouldn't suggest going here...

Overall, it was good, mainly for the kids. The first thing I didn't like was that they only had one person working the registered/ticket exchange counter. So, just to get in, we had to stand in line for about 20+ min. Once we were in, I noticed there were plenty of workers but, for some reason, only had one at the frony counter. The second thing I didn't like it was that in the almost 4 hours we were there, the Chuck (the mouse) never made an appearance. I also dont like that they did away with the robot characters that played music for the kids and installed TVs. Not at all as fun for the kids as before.

The morning girls make sure you know they don't care nor do they wanna help. Attitude the moment I walked in, just sat there ignoring me because "she's not on register", but then turned around and helped the people who came in after me. We go to play games, but literally half the games aren't working. Wasted my time and money. Definitely will drive a little longer to go to a different location.

Employees have no clue. Service is poor. Nobody is checking the stamps on kids and adults. Said something to cashier about all the adults walking out with Nobody checking their stamps she said the person was in the restroom. About 30 minutes pass and some kid came to stamp people.
