We recently celebrated our son's 5th birthday there and I can't say enough about the great service we received. From the moment we walked in, the staff greeted us warmly and made us feel welcome, ensured that everything ran smoothly and on time.They really made our son's day special. We truly felt like valued guests, and we can't wait to return for future celebrations.

The service was good. They pizza was good. But they pack you in horribley tight. Even thought there are 5 tables only three being used they packed all three parting into the tables right next to each other. Could have skipped a table so there would have been more room. You could not even get close to the table to be in my grandsons party. Everyone was complaining about no room. Games are not great. Will not book here again.

We had our son's 4th birthday party here today. It was mine and my son's first time going to a Chuck E Cheese. That being said, Yami was our host today. And she was phenomenal. Not only did she make things very simple and explained everything clearly, she went above and beyond. She made the experience seamless.This location was clean, had good pizza and good staff. Thank you for an easy party!

Only problem I had was with the person that was working in the front with pink glasses on. She was extremely rude to me and to my friend at her kids birthday party. We don’t know the proper protocol with the trampoline and my kid started jumping on it. She could have went about this a different way but she was rude about it. We went and bought the socks and stuff for my kid to jump but maybe you guys should keep it closed instead of open cause anyone can just go up there. The other problem was when we went to cash out the tickets, again she had a nasty attitude. But overall the staff who hosted the birthday was fantastic and the pizza was amazing.

I was just here today with my kids. The place has been a little renovated and looks better but the wait time to exchange the tickes for prizes is ridiculous. There were only 2 people ahead of us on the line and we waited 20 or 25 minutes. There was only a single employee helping there.Whats worse, I asked the manager if they could add another employee to speed things up and she just said to be patient. Completely unwilling to add someone else since there was already someone in the counter. Definitely not a positive experience. It's even fine if they cannot do it for a specific reason, but she had an attitude like I was in the wrong for even asking.I'll just take the kids to Main Event from now on.
The new remodel definitely helped this location, which looks cleaner and better organized. It is great fun for the kids. Pizza is fair.

We visited Chuck E. Cheese for a birthday party and had the best time a few weeks ago! Unfortunately tonight was a total disappointment.Many of the games were broken, the person who took our order coughed in her hand before giving us our food plates. We also found out you need to pay for their socks and can only use their socks on top of paying to jump. In my opinion $12 is ridiculous! When we attended the party no one was told we had to pay to enter the jumping area, the only requirement was to have grip socks. After paying over $75 for a medium greasy pizza , wings for 2, small fountain drink and a 60 minute play card we won’t be returning. We are just going back to Dave n Busters the food, service and games are always great and it’s about the same price.

They don't answer the phone wanted to kne prices. They answered transferred me and then hung up. You missed out on 14 children coming in and this was at 5pm on a Thursday SMH!
