Great food. Great prices. Great customer service. I used to be a popeyes fan, but their pieces of chicken are getting so small its not even worth it. I gave this place a try, and I'm never going back to tiny legs and honey-less biscuits! This location is the only one I've ever tried, so I don't know if it's all Churches, but this place SLAPS!Oh! And they don't use purple cabbage in their coleslaw!!! I thought I hated coleslaw, but... nope. I hate purple cabbage, lol.
I order a three piece meal and I was charge for eight piece meal. I told the person that was taking my order that was not what I ordered. He said that’s what I ordered. We were going back-and-forth back-and-forth and did not resolve anything. He refused to give my money back and Refuse to get my regular order Three piece meal. The person who took my order was an older Hispanic gentleman. Looks like he didn’t understand English .This wouldn’t happen if he was pay attention instead of talking with his coworkers. I never had any issues in this restaurant before. I will dispute this transaction to my bank and get my money back. I didn’t get my food.

I give this review a -5. I went to purchase food for my Senior Mother, & the employee Jermaine since the moment he reached the Drive thru, he seemed to show a very contradicting attitude. Very much as an Unproffesional Cashier. When he touches his eyes, & tried to hand me my drink. I asked him to kindly wash his hands, & to give me a clean cup, & plate, he came out Extremely Rebellious. When I told him That I eanted to speak to a manager.

Went thru drive thru and on the menu they have the signature sauces the last sauce listed is white gravy, no where does it say a price (I have asked for the gravy "sauce" before and have gotten a little bowl of white gravy for free)as advertised, but here lately the last several times I have been there they want to charge me for the "sauce" anywhere from 89¢ to a couple of bucks. But they will give me the other sauces listed for free. Just trying to get to you for something as advertised as complimentary.

Very clean and looks “Like New” large dining room. The BEST fried chicken in Texas!Parking: We used to dine at Church’s in Shenandoah but the service was awful. Manager & staff were rude and not customer oriented so switched to Conroe location.
