Me and my family went to eat at Cici’s and it was horrible there wasn’t hardly any pizza on the buffet I asked if they would have a certain one out and she said yes but it was never out the store smelled nasty of sewer the salad bar looked horrible the vegetables were already going bad the bathroom was disgusting there was only one game working in the game room so my kids couldn’t play anything it was just over all a horrible experience they most definitely need to get some more people working in there and keeping the place clean better won’t be going back for a while

I mentioned a consistent quality issue with the salad bar here, and am elated to say, not only did someone from corporate respond to my post, the salad bar was corrected in full the next time I visited. Whatever you're doing CiCis keep doing it.
Vegetarian options: While you can get into a lot of vegetarian options here, vegan options will limit you to the salad bar and custom pizza (which is a free option)

Not very good to by far My boyfriend took me on my first date there and I was very unimpressed What the food my boyfriend pay for a Buffet And I was only able to eat 1 piece of pizza and almost can't do that because of the quality Pop the pizza in the way not impressed at all and honestly it was a waste of time and money in my opinion I will not be going back there Hopefully ever.
The pizza is always old. Always the same pizzas they put out. No variety. they will let the old stale pizza out there until its gone to add new pizza and its always the same pizzas no variety

We had a last minute birthday request for a buffet lunch and I had just eaten before but still wanted to join the festivities.
They had a sale for $4.99 adult buffet and my 4 year old son came as well so I was going to get him a meal. When I walked up to order I asked how much a kids meal was and he said $7.99. So an adult meal is cheaper than a kids meal?? Makes no sense. I asked if he could just use my $5 meal since I wasn’t eating. With a blank expression, and no concern he said no. Kids meals online showed a price for $6.99 when he said $7.99. He didn’t care about the whole situation. I asked to speak to a manager and he said he was and didn’t even make an effort to try to accommodate the situation. You would think management would care a little.
My husband makes less than $30,000 a year and we live on a very tight budget. I had to tell my 4 year old son we couldn’t afford his meal here. my son is very understanding and didn’t complain at all and played while the rest of the party ate.
On the plus side, the lady who took the plates from our group was very nice.

I rarely write reviews but our experience today was appalling. This is the absolute worst restaurant we have ever encountered. When we arrived today at 12:30 on a Saturday afternoon and there were only 3 customers we should have known there was a problem. The restaurant was dirty, the air conditioning was barely operable, even requiring a floor unit to attempt to cool the facility. There were 4 cold dried out pizzas on the buffet. The salad bar was awful with wilted lettuce. There were no cinnamon rolls available. When we requested cinnamon rolls the young male, very rude, manager stated “no we don’t have any. They are too much trouble to make and take too long”. Unfortunately we paid for our meal for 4 prior to seeing the choices available. My mistake. I would highly recommend everyone avoid this location. Btw…. When I asked this so called “manager” how to contact the owner to file a complaint he told me to call corporate office to complain. No owner available.

Meh, I've been to some pretty great cici's pizzas. This one was lame. They left a lot of stale pizza out and didn't have their classic desserts. The dessert they did have was hard cinnamon rolls. Also, I wanted to pay an extra full customer price to take a little pizza home to a friend, and they wouldn't allow it. I'm not sure if its not allowed at all of them or just this one, but they had pizza boxes behind the counter, so I was a little confused. All the employees seemed really down and the bathrooms were stinky. I'll go to cicis again, just not this one.
It still smells like sewer gas and still too warm and I am cold natured and brought a shawl I did not need. Best thing is the salad bar. The only pizza with meat seems to be pepperoni and those wings you see on TV are 10 for $15.
Kid-friendliness: Kids won't notice how shabby it is and there is plenty of room to run.

First thing first… This is my first to this location.. As I do Amazon Flex I am everywhere. I have been to several locations and this one by far has been a very good experience. I got what I didn’t expect Delicious Pizza. The Noodle soup was Was awesome. Just how it should be made. The staff was very helpful , the staff manager Bryan was awesome. He came by our table to ask if everything was Ok . One thing I did noticed was the AC , slightly hot but they do have fans going to circulate air in the environment. As I know, they are working on the situation. Very clean in the area of the food. I will be most definitely coming to this location whenever I am in the area ..while Flexing. ??
