It was a bit agitating that I was unable to order online.... may have been a signal issue though. Thankfully, it only took about 15 for my in-store, takeout, order to be ready. Everyone was happy the food was fresh & hot when I arrived with it.

Paid 62 dollars for 2 adults and 3 kids had to stand and wait to get food because the whole buffet was empty games steal coins will never come here ever again worst place iv ever been at want a refund

CiCi's Pizza remains one of the childhood staple memories of my existence. Still a good value for families trying to stretch their budget. Quality has changed slightly but I would not call it a decrease or increase in quality as much as a lateral move. If you've been here before you know what to expect, if this is your first time ever going all that really matters is that it's a cheap pizza buffet with a few arcade machines to distract your kids.

It saddens me I have to say this, but Cicis has completely lost their way. What was once my go to establishment has now fallen to the bottom of my list. Literally! Disappointment slapped me across the face from the moment I stepped inside as I had to almost beg for someone to take my money in exchange for their poor service. Then I walked over to drink station to see that overflowing standing soda had taken over the machine. Not to mention the fact they charged me full price for carbonated water and just as I had expected, every single slice of pizza on the buffet line was cold and crusted. Not only that, but the lifespan of a fresh out of the oven pie was about 4 mins. I am not even exaggerating when I say this. 7 Eleven pizza from yesterday would have been considered gourmet style compared to this place. Cicis just needs to hang it up at this point. Y'all had a good run, though. Unfortunately, however, your best days are behind you.

The pizzas had a nasty and weird taste to it. Even the cinnamon rolls were burnt and had a weird taste. The noodles for the pasta were soggy. There were also gnats everywhere in the store and the restroom was absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. I will never go back to this location and I love Cicis! This is the first bad experience I have had and am very disappointed!

The atmosphere is not welcoming and the employees walking around like they don’t want to be there. No pizza on the bar. Salad bar had very poor options. Floor and tables dirty. Not from Conroe and rather go to Mc D. Next time.

I’ve been coming to this CiCi’s since I was a kid, so I usually know what to expect. Today was rough. They didn’t have salt, and when I asked about it, the manager said it would be in on Monday. I’m here now—not Monday. Why not just go buy some?
Then, while filling my drink, I saw the root beer had an out-of-order sign. No big deal—I drink Diet Coke anyway. But when I hit the Diet Coke dispenser, it came out white. I told the manager, assuming he’d fix it, and a few minutes later he just added an out-of-order sign to that too.
Finally, while eating, I noticed every TV was either stuck on the Roku cityscape or sitting on the “select input” screen. Not a single one had any actual content playing.
I get that CiCi’s is a budget pizza buffet, but it wasn’t busy, and there were plenty of employees around who could have addressed these issues. It just felt like no one cared to.
Cicis just had a come up! 🥳🥳 place feels great, super clean and fresh pizzas are flying all over the line! Good job👏

Hi, my name is Britney. Today my family and I visited this Cicis Pizza around 11:30 am. There were two Hispanic managers who impressed us all. They do a great job! The restaurant is very clean, the pizzas are fresh, and they offered us the chance to download their app to accumulate points. Excellent service! They deserve more than 5 stars.
