I was really disappointed. I ordered 3 pizzas. One of my pizzas was missing the spinach. The staff's attitude was one of no concern. I waited 45 minutes for my order. Once I arrived home and noticed my order was wrong I tried calling ,but no one answered the phone. This was at 8pm. I thought they close at 10pm. My previous visits we better. I don't understand the problem.

The manager was rude and very disrespectful. He refused to accommodate to any special requests. (We usually ask for a clean cutter to be used due to religious restrictions to avoid any cross contamination. He claimed that they didn’t have any crushed pepper and Parmesan cheese.

Had to change reviews based on the dough used to make pizza is never fresh you can tell because pizza crust is always flimsy there raising prices quite often but same results on food quality salad bar doesn't look to good either

Came to cicis pizza to bring the kids to get a bite to eat and was immediately greeted and helped by Nicholas, a cicis employee. Nicholas and his team this afternoon kept the buffet stocked and full and even seen them cleaning the kitchen on their downtime. He also helped with a problem in the arcade. It was most definitely one of the better visits I've had to Cicis thanks to Nicholas and his group this day !

While there were at least 4 employees when I visited, there wasn't enough cleaning being done. There's a horrible sewer smell that needs to be addressed and everything feels sticky. The employees weren't rude but they are bottom feeders. But, after all, it is Cici's so, it's pretty much what you would expect.

Plus they have a basket ball game where you can just reach in and don't even have to pay. The pizzas were a quality of what one would expect from a buffet. At the time, they didn't have the classic Cicis staples of Mac and cheese pizza. The arcade area had several machines out of service and claw machines that barely grabbed the prize. Definitely not the Cicis of the good ole days. Granted, not bad if you're hungry and don't care about the quality of pizza.

Place smells like sewer.No food on buffet line. As soon as the employees added another pizza there were people waiting therefore it was gone in seconds. No desert pizzas. Fountain machine had no Coke, Dr Pepper, regular and diet. Other flavors out also. When I said something to the cashier that was up front. I received the reply. Yes we know we are out. Can’t rate the pizza as I had a salad instead of waiting in line to get what ever pizza was coming next Will never return to CiCis Pizza.
