Always great flavors and the employees are so well mannered and attentive..Aj was very helpful and prompt with a great attitude.
Ice cream was good…stood alone in store for 5 minutes before anyone came from back that was strange.

Just music blasting. If anyone was there they must have been having a good time in the back but unfortunately no ice cream for me since no one came out.
Service was good. Ice cream was also wonderful, but there was a homeless person in the restroom banging around and screaming obscenities and then she asked customers for money on her way out. The girl was working alone and then there was a water leak and it was flooding onto the floor. We helped her clean it up, but the store was filthy and hairs and tables were next to a filthy wall. The place needs some care and maybe some management.
The ice cream is delicious and Tom, the manager, was very nice.
My boyfriend and I went on a busy Saturday night. The staff had some new people but nonetheless the entire crew was on point! They were fast and kind - and the ice cream was delicious! Shoutout to the gentleman that was training them, he is doing a great job!

Terribly slow staff
I got the cheese cake fantasy ice cream and I was extremely disappointed, the ice cream tasted sour like it had gone bad ( I got sick and threw it up later) and the berries tasted old and grainy. I will admit I went near close so I'm sure the berries were not very fresh, but for the ice cream to be sour is a health hazard

Stopped by for a quick cup. Three guys behind the counter that seemed to by busy with other items. I ask if anyone was serving Ice Cream, one of them looked up and said that he did not know. Happy to go elsewhere. I guess they have enough customers that they do not need more.
Goldstone is a classic for creative icecream options. Loved the location.
Cold Stone, hands down, has great ice cream. Prices are a bit high but isn't everything expensive these days? I always walk away very impressed at the quality of their ingredients -- you can taste it in every bite.
The young employees are always so sweet. Love the ice cream!
Delicious, loved the cheesecake with strawberry and blue berries in a cone!
