An awesome noncorporate mom and pop place. Nothing fancy just good food for good value.

Place needs a cleaning and over priced

Had not been in over 10 years but the food the service and just that good old small town Texas experience was there I have to many small towns that have this feeling of great home cook food that these big chains want to provide but they will never provide what Compadres gives to the community.

Their food was all very tasty and their jams and salsa all taste very yummy and fresh. Great service.

Good spot with big portions and friendly staff . The ghost pepper chicken sandwich was really good.

Working in Conroe. Got the griddle platter with scrambled eggs sausage and I got extra bacon with coffee and milk. DELICIOUS!!!! Atmosphere and staff made you feel at home. I come to Conroe for work often so I’ll definitely be eating here again?

We’re burger connoisseurs and we travel across states just to try new burgers and I must say COMPADRES TEXAS CAFE’S “Bubba Burger” is one of the BEST burgers we’ve ever had and absolutely the BEST we’ve had in Conroe, The Woodlands and Montgomery county. They always cook our burgers to perfection and they pay attention to notes left on delivery orders and they’ve never failed us, our families and our colleagues. Love how they ALWAYS include all the condiments as noted on all our orders especially when we order delivery.
Not to mention their great menu selections. This place definitely cooks from their soul. We love how they care about pleasing their customers and they haven’t lost their touch with service and their delicious food is ALWAYS on point.
Everything we’ve tried from this restaurant has never disappointed and always fresh and delicious.

Everything about Compadres is awesome. We have become regulars for breakfast on Saturday mornings and are never disappointed. Have brought other couples with us who have returned on their own. Just a suggestion…..never stop doing what you are doing!

Never let down by portion size, quality and service. Their habanero and ghost pepper burgers are amazing. Want an egg? Throw it on. Want it med rare? Perfection. Worth every penny.

This place deserves more than a 5stars absolutely AMAZING & DELICIOUS ! I’ve had my wedding reception here two years ago(PERFECT) . The Food and People are so caring so sweet and always a great time with family/friends here. Yummy all the way they serve so much and great portions too! Stop by and try you’ll come back again and again!! SWEET TEA IS ON POINT BY FAR THE BEST EVER!
