I’ve been a loyal customer at the Harper’s Preserve location and usually love supporting this community pizza spot. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was deeply disappointing. I placed a call-in order and requested vegan cheese due to a severe allergy. When I arrived, I politely asked the cashier (Chloe) to double-check with the kitchen staff to confirm that vegan cheese had been used, something I always do as a precaution.
