well I drive a truck and stopped in a Hit the Road truck Plaza, alittle BBQ trailer in their lot....I tell ya what...for a small trailer it has a big choice of food and desserts....id stop here anytime I'm in the area
Stopped in for some gas at Hit the Road. Saw the food truck and thought It was nicely decorated. Some sweet country folk took my order of a chili dog with cheese. It was a mesquite smoke sausage perfectly cooked and with a generous amount of chili and cheese. Tender, simple and delicious. Will be coming back to try that brisket plate !
Great bbq and such a nice couple! Definitely recommend!
