well I drive a truck and stopped in a Hit the Road truck Plaza, alittle BBQ trailer in their lot....I tell ya what...for a small trailer it has a big choice of food and desserts....id stop here anytime I'm in the area

This adorable food truck is parked near us on Gene Campbell and we gave it a try one night! This truck is delicious and everything tastes fresh and the little cupcakes are to die for! If you live near New Caney area you should totally check them out at the little truck stop on Gene Campbell!

Stopped in for some gas at Hit the Road. Saw the food truck and thought It was nicely decorated. Some sweet country folk took my order of a chili dog with cheese. It was a mesquite smoke sausage perfectly cooked and with a generous amount of chili and cheese. Tender, simple and delicious. Will be coming back to try that brisket plate !

This place is awesome and owners are adorable. ALL the food is incredible. Especially the chicken wings, brisket and pulled pork. Highly recommended.

Our office has been trying to think outside the box as far as lunches. OMG the chopped beef sandwich was perfect combo of spice, flavor and NOT sloppy. The sides we picked were the potato salad and cucumber w/tomato salad they were both Amazing. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for good down home BBQ.

This was great BBQ! The ribs fell right off the bone and had the right smoke and peppery rub. Highly recommend!

The ribs were perfectly tender. They had a nice flavor and came with a side of great BBQ sauce.The stuffed brownie was also delicious! Definitely worth a stop!

This place has THE BEST BBQ!! The bbq grilled cheese is my and my wife's favorite and the ribs on Saturday's are exquisite! CT's never disappoints.

Have stopped by several times and everything is always delicious! Today was the brisket grilled cheese and holy smokes! 😋

So good that we went twice today: once for breakfast tacos and once for cupcakes! The tacos are huge, cooked fresh when you order, and delicious. The cupcakes... well just look at them! We got black & white, red velvet, and banana pudding. You may have had cupcakes from other places, but not like these filled cupcakes. Next weekend we’re planning to get some ribs!
