Terrible service! They served my son an ice cream cone with the last cone's paper still in it and then trying to get a new one became a whole thing. They forgot to blend my shake. Cold cheese curds.... The workers did not place the order right, make it right, or fix their mistakes. One employee grabs the food with their bare hands which is such an obviously bad thing to do in a food service job. If that's what the employees do up front in front of customers i can only imagine what happens in back. This was a truly terrible experience here tonight. Go anywhere else.

Chris, Corey & Kristofer were all phenomenal. Kristofer warmly welcomed me and suggested meal items. Ms Chris was patient and friendly with my order. Corey was polite and present during my visit. Great staff, food and friendly service. I got the deluxe bacon combo with cheese sauce and it was perfect 👌🏽 5 stars ⭐️

I had been to other Culver’s locations but I hadn’t been to my local Conroe location, until tonight. I got the Butterburger double combo with crinkle cut fries and I subbed my drink for a mini frozen cocoa concrete mixer (limited edition item) and I got a water cup. I also asked for a couple ketchups and napkins as well. The worker was patient with me as I decided my food items in the drive through, described the menu thoroughly when I had questions, and was very helpful. Paying was quick and easy, then I waited for just a few minutes and they had my food ready and the worker complimented my car. Very quick pleasant service and atmosphere and culture you can tell they try and cultivate here at Culver’s. Now the main event. The food. It was phenomenal, hot, fresh. I’m a burger connoisseur and this was a dang good burger. Pretty big burger too! Great fries, crispy, classic Heinz ketchup packets that you can squeeze or peel open and dip into. Then the concrete was a fantastic dessert! It felt like a good amount especially for the mini size. The cocoa powder on top made it even better. Plenty of napkins were provided for me to clean up and they gave me a good sized ice water to wash it all down. I had a great experience tonight and look forward to coming back. If you haven’t tried the Conroe Culver’s you should stop by!

My fish sandwich was missing the top bun—the side with the tartar sauce—making it very bland. When I called to politely speak with a manager, the call was hung up. I called back twice: once with no answer, and again only to be sent straight to voicemail. Mistakes happen, but the way this was handled was unprofessional and disappointing. I recently recommended this location to a friend, but I won’t be returning due to the poor customer service.

I ordered a burger with no cheese, received one with cheese. As soon as I took a bite I smelt a fishy smell. They cook the burger patties on the same grill they use to cook the fish. Disappointed and disgusting.

Tried this for the first time after moving to Conroe and holy cow... they've got some mean burgers! The fries are great. However, the only downside would be the ice cream imo. It tastes artificial.
