My blizzard was goopy today, but i otherwise have had a good experience many times before

I was in the drive thru and asked if they still had the $7.00 combo she said NO! I get to the window and asked again the lady said no we still have it, would you like that I said yes! She comes back then said oh we don’t have it! Mind you this was Sat. I said may I speak to the manager! I asked when did it stop she said 2weeks ago I said that’s impossible cause I ordered it last Monday! She just looked at me! I still had my receipt! She provided me with her manager # . I have not called yet! Just get your store In Order. Please

Waiting 30 mins on a order they didn't make is kinda ridiculous this is like the 6th or 7th time poorly managed last time fountain station was out

Everytime the wife picks up ice cream at 7- or 8 pm it's alwayyyyyys melted ice cream. Quality of service fell off

If I could I would do 0 I would, the older lady working the register had to be the rudest person I have had to deal with in a long time. She ignored my family because as we went to order she told us to hold on then because we were talking waiting on her. She took the person behind us. While the food is good, I will not be going to this one ever again. Dq still has my business, great baskets, but I will not be treated that way for no reason.
