Customer service was great... went through drive thru.. order was correct.. the only thing was food was room temperature.. they did have a long line in drive thru.. but flavor was good .

I've visited (dined in) this DQ twice... The staff are very friendly, but I think they need a lot of training and management needs to get a team trained and keep them... Both times the fires were barely warm... Today the burger was pretty good; last time it wasn't... The line to order was long, but the food came out quickly... They are nowhere near as good as DQ in Madisonville, but they are a bit better than the DQ in Willis... At least they have a functioning fountain drink machine... The restaurant is also very hard to see form the Loop if you are traveling West... The driveway comes up very quickly... I missed it the first time even when I was looking for it... Also, DQ is advertising chicken strip duos on TV and also Stack Burgers on the web... Neither were available... I visited today specifically to try the strip duo...

Food was amazing! Best burger I have ever gotten from a DQ. Our orders got a little slow, but employees apologized for the wait and were very kind. Parking was east to find, and wheelchair accessible! It was $18 for 2 people, very cheap prices! Thank you DQ employees for being kind!
They were busy. The old dude with the ponytail was dazed and confused. It was 9:30 pm. Everyone was moving in slow motion. Looked like no one knew what the heck was going on.

Service is very slow, staff are either untrained or very apathetic. I ordered 2 ice cream items, which is not a large order. I received my items after 20 minutes, got on the road, and then discovered that they gave me the wrong items. Very disappointed, as they are no longer a new restaurant. Do better Dairy Queen!!!!

Has not updated their hours on both Apple Maps or the OWN DQ TEXAS APP! Went through at 10:15 for some ice cream and no one answered despite them supposedly being open according to the Dairy Queen app.

Did the drive thru today, ordering seemed fine. But when I got my food I noticed the order was way off. I was given 1 cone when I ordered 2, the #4 with bacon had no bacon and my diet coke was Sprite. When I noticed it I also realized that they didn't give me a receipt, so how could I contest it with no proof. They were not busy enough to make this many mistakes.
