Cost extra for Parmesan cheese. Customer support is non existent and hard to post a general complaint. Every other pizza place provides Parmesan cheese. Stop being so cheap! Never again

This is the third time we’ve tried ordering from them since moving into our new house. Each time, I get conflicting information about which store to order from. At least this time, they called to say they weren’t delivering. For a delivery-focused company, you’d expect a clear system to identify the correct store for each address. Instead, as an employee explained, “confused orders are automatically sent to our store.” They canceled my order, stating they don’t deliver to my area, and suggested ordering from another store. However, the charge—over $50 for a medium pizza and breadsticks—will remain on my account for days before being refunded. That’s typical, but with two orders, I’m out over $100 for pizza. If this didn’t happen every time I tried ordering, it wouldn’t be so frustrating.

Absolutely the best place to grab a pizza! I've ordered in store and have had delivery. Staff in store are extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, delivery drivers are very nice, fast and go that extra mile, they've never forgotten my side orders. I always tip extra because that $4.99 fee that Dominos charges does NOT go to the driver, which should be illegal for them to charge that. I've noticed they are overly sweet when you actually tip more!! And they DO remember you! Trust me. My 🍕 is always fresh and hot, the wings they could cook a little longer but over all I've not had a problem whatsoever. My only complaint would be, they don't have cheese and pepper packs anymore, you have to buy a small bottle from them. I will continue to order from this Dominos, you bet! Great job guys

The manager is absolutely HORRIBLE with customers, no respect at all, talks over you, and refused to sell to me because my order was .64¢ under the “minimum purchase amount” for the $100 I was trying to pay with. Don’t give this location your business.

Savannah and Warren are the absolute best to order with. They have the absolute BEST customer service skills and they definitely made no mistakes making my order. I order from this location two to three times a month! Every single time wasn’t the best. BUT when Savannah and Warren were the only two employees on shift and made my order so Quickly and Fresh!!! Has been the BEST order I’ve received from this location in the two years of my visits! Thank you two 💛

I know the pizza was free but that doesn’t mean it should be gross, or it kinda looks like someone dropped our order because the pizza had the toppings to one side and one of our lava cakes was smashed, hopefully they will reach out to fix things so I can update this later….wish there was a way to post pictures
