I was MORE THAN PLEASE to have come across this Domino's location. The gentleman, Scott, assisted me with my order over the phone and in person. His customer service skills are by far the best I've experienced across multiple locations I've visited and it should be standard across all Domino's. Need one of him at every location! I didn’t want to write a review and wasn’t planning on it but the events unfolded the wrong way. I placed a delivery order last week. The driver once he got close called me asking what complex I lived in. I told him. He asked because dominos maps are messed up. I thought it was kind, thoughtful , and a sign of great service.
Well I placed another order but also feared of the issue unfolding again. So before ordering I added the 4 digits extra to the zip code and in the instructions said which complex I lived in. I thought it was all fine. Until the order said delivered and I had no food. I have a doorbell camera so I knew I didn’t get the food. I called the store and they started to look into it. The person on the phone was nice and caring.
Seems great so far right? Well that’s when it all goes downhill. The driver arrives at the store insisting he delivered to me. And I knew he was lying because well I didn’t have my food. He also accidentally didn’t take a photo to his favor. So then they said they would resend the food. An order that was supposed to arrive at 7:10 then due to this issue arrive at 8. When I answered the door the person was visibly upset. Gave me a death stare. Forcibly handed me my food and receipt and walked off. No apology no words. That’s when I decided to write the review.
It was only going to be about dominos needing to update their system. But became so much more for no reason. I know it won’t hurt them. But I’ll never order from them again. It also seems like this man who delivered my food has also been reviewed negatively here before.

This store is disorganized, and the manager is rude and unprofessional. I ordered delivery and specifically requested in the instructions not to ring the bell or knock on the door, as my baby was sleeping and I had dogs in the house. However, the delivery woman rang the bell and woke up my baby. I called the store to file a complaint, but the manager hung up on me and has now blocked my account.

The pictures that are attached is literally how I felt about my piece of even want to finish it. The pictures explained for itself, and the cinnamon bites. Some of them was ribbons, and the other order of them were just round circles. I feel that this order was not satisfied with completely at all and no, I did not order a thin crust

I saw another customer being berated by the manager. He even tried to physically FIGHT this customer. I didn’t even get my order, I just walked out I was so disgusted and quite frankly scared. I had my 2 young children with me, I shouldn’t have to be worried about my children’s safety when i’m just trying to pick up a pizza! If you care about your safety don’t come here.
