I've ordered here for 4+ years, take out and delivery. The deliveries are routinely fast, pizzas are hot. It's a good service. But lately they've been skimping on the cheese and toppings. I've been ordering extra cheese and then adding another cheese topping or two, but the cheese is maybe as much as a regular frozen pizza. If you like cheesy pizza, this is not the location to get it..

We never order for delivery, honestly it was the first time we requested delivery in the 13 years we lived here. This location is exactly a mile away from my home. The manager called my daughter and told her they didn't deliver to my area. How far do you guys go? If a mile is to far I imagine you only deliver walking distance which is crazy! Pretty pathetic if you ask me and just straight laziness. Lucky for ya my daughter and wife choose to get it. I would've asked for a refund. With that said not going back here again.

This Domino's is on point! I called in a delivery order at 9:30pm, and the driver was knocking on my door a few minutes before 10pm! The person that took my order was very personable and friendly, as well as the driver. Best of all, my food was hot, fresh, and delicious! Recommend!

It seems service has gone downhill at this location. I’ve never had issues with dominos and always liked their prices. We received our order after twice as long as the quoted time, and we didn’t receive our drink or the sauces we paid for. There’s not a simple way to contact the store or notify them they’ve forgotten items despite all their advertising about guarantees etc. As service declines everywhere, dominos has clearly understaffed this location to the point where it’s not worth ordering from anymore.

The service at this location has hit an all time low. 2 hours for a delivery is outrageous. If Dominos doesn't have the man power to get the food out to the customers they shouldn't offer delivery. Since I had to order Pizza Hut to get some fresh food they will get my business from now on.

Really the best fast food pizza experience on the south loop. Of course there's other pizza places that are all across the South loop region. But at least they always give me what I need and want. And if there's a mistake they always fix it.
