Zero stars ‼️I waited in line 10 minutes in the drive-through for a hot tea only to get to the window and the older woman tells me that they don’t have tea. Then she began to speak Spanish to her coworkers and complain about me when I told her I was also Spanish understood everything she said and pointed to the flag in my windshield . She was shocked and slammed the window in my face, then open the window offered me a different tea that I didn’t want told me she could just give me a refund when I still needed a drink. I went back once since then she does not greet you. She is not friendly and stares at you like you’re the problem. I literally avoid this place as much as I love Dunkin I won’t go to this location and it’s the only one near my job.

My first time at Dunkin drive thru and my experience was amazing at how kind and friendly the staff was. Thank you.

If you are strapped for time or needing to get to work on time, don’t stop here. Been stuck behind one car waiting for my 1 little coffee several times. It’s extremely frustrating when you have the app but the car in front of you doesn’t. If they start an order from scratch no matter the size, it’s taking a minimum 5 minutes.

This Dunkin’ is consistently disappointing. I usually order one of the signature drinks—something that should come exactly as advertised without any customization needed—but they almost always leave something out. It’s frustrating to pay for a drink that’s never made right. On top of that, the service feels stale and indifferent, like they’re just going through the motions. I shouldn’t have to double-check or remind them how to make their own “signature” menu items. Definitely needs improvement.

This place feels so unwelcoming... First of all they don't greet you at ALL! The people working there look at you in disgust just for walking in, they only talk to themselves about customers in spanish. The food is almost always cold and they never have anything available. The drinks are not made well, I saw them add more milk to a drink to make it look full.
The older lady in there barely understands your order and you have to repeat it multiple times to her.
All of the workers in there are super rude. The place is filled with flies and its awfully QUIET. Also they didn't have enough dollar bills to give me change.... Just go somewhere else.

This location happened to give me a cold kolache from drive thru. Go inside to warm it up. They proceed to give me 2 new ones that were cold again. I just left & went to wrk

Don’t even bother coming here. The girl at the front counter was rude. We ordered 2 pumpkin spice lattes and they didn’t even taste like pumpkin AT ALL. When she handed us our drinks, I asked to get whipped cream on my latte (that already comes with whipped cream), she said it was going to be extra $! Either this location is greedy or they don’t know what they’re doing. Just don’t come here, save your time.

This place looks like it's more into serving drinks instead of donuts. I'm not joking. They drink selection was larger than the donut selection. The staff was so busy talking to each other that no one waited on me. In the end, I just left.

Great service and super friendly staff, as well as a very clean location. The food is great but I got this iced latte and it was almost all ice. The drink was basically disguised to look full using ice. I got a couple sips and that was it.

Always Nice People!! Great Coffee and food!!

Great coffee!

This is closer to my house and heart. We love their coffees, donuts and snacks. Especially every Sunday morning, I like to have breakfast at this place. My favourite is egg and cheese croissant, hash browns and french curler. We keep driving down for frozen coffee. This place is take away station and closes by 6PM. The service is always good and they are always quick.

It was kind of hard to find, and I was disappointed in the selection of donuts available.
