I literally asked for 4 croissants toasted with American cheese. The most simplest order, and they couldn’t even get that right. They put white cheddar instead when I literally emphasized American Cheese. It must’ve been rocket science I guess? But then I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt again this morning and it was the same result. I’m not returning to this location again unless management fixes the team up for the mornings

I reached the bottom of my coffee cup and found a bug in my mouth. I assume it somehow got into the grounds because I also saw grounds at the bottom of my cup. But this was no ground, it had legs and wings. I go here about three times a week and this disgusted me. Will not be back.

I never leave reviews but here we are. The customer service was crazy bad drive thru gave me the price and didn’t say a word after. Usually I’m like eh that’s fine bad day wtv. But then the drink was trashhhhhhhhh sugar all just sitting at the bottom. Of course I found out the hard way. Hope they’re making minimum wage and are hard capped. That’s the only way this makes sense.

You never get the same quality or quantity of snackin bacon! The service could be better lady at the counter this morning was rushing my order and I was the only one there lol.Drive thru speaker either needs to be fixed or the person talking into it needs to speak up or speak clearly. The only reason I’ve been to this location multiple times is because it’s close to my job. Today was my last time until they get new management or employees.

Place used to be good. Now the older lady that works there is super rude. She claimed they were out of bottled milk, but she was very difficult to understand and said it in a not very simple way. The speaker made it harder to understand her. So when asked to repeat it. She was extremely rude. Even after I said "sorry, it's hard to hear you."The sandwich we got was cold and gross too. Used to love this place when the other guy was there with his son. Probably won't go back now.

Terrible service. The lid to my cup was not placed on properly thus, spiling piping hot coffee all over my chest and staining my work shirt. Not to mention, the young ladies who work the counter and register speak super softly and then get upset when you ask them to repeat themselves.
Not a Fan! They get seem to get your order right no matter how you order drive through wrong, walk in wrong, order on line wrong! Inside is nasty dirty just not a good representation of the brand!
