I doordashed iced coffees from this location this morning, fully expecting them to be messed up. Guys, as a mom, you have no idea how much I love my coffee. You guys did GREAT on my coffees this morning and my experience couldn't have been better. Seriously, so delicious and the perfection made my day. I'm sorry others had bad experiences, but mine today was on point!!! Y'all rock!

You all used to make your coffee very well but now you don’t put enough of anything in the coffee and it’s bitter everytime. Whoever is back there making the coffee needs to do it right.

Why am I not allowed to buy a single donut or 4 and drinks? Why do costumers have to buy 1/2 a dozen or more in order to make a sale? The donuts were either a day or two old, you could tell they were not as spongy or soft like before. Also training your employees to up sale your products and have some friendly social skills. I think I met Wendy Adams cousin, they need to be more like Uncle Fester with some pep.

Came here today mid morning for my mom and they were rude, two ladies(one short haired red head lady) and wouldn’t accept cash when it was all I had, a 100 dollar bill they wouldn’t break it and was going to spend about 20 which in my opinion shouldn’t seem so hard to break especially when we live in AMERICA.Because they wouldn’t take my cash I was refused service and not only refused they were rude about it and staring at me like I was stupid.
They ran out of the most popular donuts. Its a DONUT shop. And some of the employees dont even know how to make an order.

I ordered donuts a few weeks but they were out. The manager was extremely nice and took my order, promising to have it ready the day after. I never picked it up because I ended up getting sick from the restaurant i ended up going to when I found out my order was not able to be filled but I still appreciate that they went above and beyond ?. I always receive great service at this location and their donuts are always fresh! Thanks again!
