Double/Triple check everything before you leave this store. They are constantly getting worse. No customer engagement upon entering. Relying too heavily on the touchscreens to take customers orders. Not quality checking the product before serving. Unless things are significantly improved, they will no longer have to worry about me as a customer.

Limited donut choices and no munchkin. Even mornings aren’t much better. I was there with two children, and the atmosphere felt uncomfortable with someone sleeping inside the shop. I hope management can improve both the product availability and overall environment, because I’d love to see this place do better. The one down the road is way better even though it’s older.

I don't shop here often but when I do, I order the same drink served cold with no ice because when I have ordered with light ice, it's never served 'light'. Today I ordered the same thing and usually get the drink served somewhat not full but full enough that I am content and understand it can't be full due to them not serving any ice. This time, it was almost halfway full. I told the cashier this isn't how it's usually made and to have it be filled more to meet the line which is how it is given to me. I even pointed out to the cashier that his manager was standing behind looking and listening to us and that she is the one that has served me before and knows how I order my drink. Whatever was spoken between them both when the cashier closed his window and she never came up to the window to say anything, shows how bothered they are to do their job that it led the cashier to be rude and unprofessional to me.

The worst Dunkin I have ever been to. I went there several times to order hot Carmel machiato. I tested the drink and it did not seem that they added any coffee at all - just sugar and milk. I told them to add more coffee and they said Abu have to pay extra $ 1.94. So I had to pay $7 for medium lattee, but that was not the worst part. I had to wait at least 10 minutes for a cup of coffee and I was the only one on the drive through. Horrible place. They need to close it NOW. I don’t go there anymore.

This Dunkin has exceeded my expectations many times. This location has been my go to since being in this area! I love the staff and the manager is great as well! Everyone is fast, friendly, and most of all they are extremely respectful! I’ve had many good laughs with them as well. The coffee is always perfect and the food is absolutely amazing. I definitely recommend coming to this Dunkin if you want quality breakfast! Thank you Dunkin 242 for starting everyday right!

Best store ever! Such a huge variety or drinks, donuts, and food. I come here everyday before and after work and always have such welcoming interactions with staff and even other happy and satisfied customers. The store is always very well kept up with and organized to exceed us customers expectations. My whole family comes to this location and only this location as the customer service is always top notch.
The coffee is great, but it is absolutely insane how slow the drive thru is. Either hire more help or get better help

I doordashed iced coffees from this location this morning, fully expecting them to be messed up. Guys, as a mom, you have no idea how much I love my coffee. You guys did GREAT on my coffees this morning and my experience couldn't have been better. Seriously, so delicious and the perfection made my day.
