I ordered donuts a few weeks but they were out. The manager was extremely nice and took my order, promising to have it ready the day after. I never picked it up because I ended up getting sick from the restaurant i ended up going to when I found out my order was not able to be filled but I still appreciate that they went above and beyond ?. I always receive great service at this location and their donuts are always fresh! Thanks again!

The people are nice but be prepared to wait 10+ minutes at drive thru. Their munchkins 9/10 will be stale and your order will usually be wrong. They’re a mess and need better training.

me and my friends get to school super early and we went to this dunkin because it was within walking distance and it was good.nothing special it took a while to get the drink but we did order sepretly so it seemed to take longer but over all not

Waited 17 minutes in the drive thru that had 3 people waiting in line. The man that took the payment moved with no purpose as if we were inconveniencing him. The young girl who gave the coffee almost forgot to give the food item that had been ordered. The drinks were subpar. After waiting in line for nearly 20 minutes hoping to take a sip of coffee to find I straw full of granulated sugar was unpleasant to say the least.

The store front was closed at 7:45 pm for some reason. Saw store employees in store and was ignored by them. Thankfully, their competition was open and happy for my business.
this dunkin’ had horrible service i had to tell them to remake my coffee 3 times because they don’t know how to make there drinks. and then they want to say we have to pay them to make another drink because they don’t know how to make coffee . ALLY and the manager need to do their job correct. and give good customer service because it’s horrible. God bless sheesh

The staff is clueless about the products. You order and pay for something and they give you whatever they think it is … Please train your staff! The place is new and the customer experience is terrible.If you can see my order please review what your staff did. I order a chai latte is labeled like a chai late but I got coffee… what about if I had an allergy? This is really bad.

I would not recommend The dunkin' donuts on f m 242. I have tried this location at least 4 times, I went back there again today. Every time I have went there Something has been wrong either the order wrong or the drink didn't taste right. And today, they forgot to put my 2 shots of expresso in the ice Latte drink, which every coffee drinker know you don't forget the expresso . If they order espresso, they want the expresso but I did not know until after I left and did not and will not go back to that location???

My partner went today and order 3 types of donuts 2 of each and the lady gave him assorted donuts and he order 2 coffees and she gave him water with sugar and milk and a little bit of coffee. It's the second time this happened to us.
