Placed an order on their kiosk and after 10 minutes we realized no one was paying attention and our order was just skipped… Shouldn’t take 20 minutes for 4 items at 3:30 in the afternoon.

The Story Plate
I stopped by Dunkin’ hoping for a little pick-me-up, but what I got felt more like a gentle insult in drink form. The staff seemed impatient — like I was interrupting their group existential crisis — and when they got my order wrong, asking for a fix felt like asking them to donate a kidney.
I asked for light ice, and apparently that translated to mostly air. Two sips in, and my drink was gone like my will to return. To top it off, the donuts tasted like they’d been through a long night of soul searching in the display case.
If America runs on Dunkin’, it might be time for a nap.

Nicest employees ever! Pulled into drive thru earlier today and asked which they like better; cookie butter or white chocolate latte. To which she responded with cookie butter. I agreed to try that one when another employee nicely interrupted and said the white chocolate was her favorite. And offered to have me try samples! I laughed and said okay. Pulled up to the window and they gave me two tiny cups. It was the nicest and coolest experience. I liked the cookie butter best and decided to go with that one. But I appreciate the opportunity and experience to decide on which one I liked better. Highly recommend this location. I left super happy. Honestly made my day!

This place is absolutely horrible! Bought two breakfast sandwiches and the bacon was burned horrible and the sandwich was cold and tasted like burnt cheese and bacon. There was 5 small round tator tots that were cold with a hint of a burnt mess. Go somewhere else.

Been here 2 different times ordered the same drink, pumpkin spice cold foam cold brew.... Both times tasted totally different! Charged different prices and the drinks looked totally different! The tag on my coupon the second visit said latte, he told me that's the way they have to ring it up. But your menu clearly stated cold foam cold brew....

asked for a Oreo sundae no changes just as is, . Not even half way full. Girls were sweet but very disappointing!

A good Dunkin’ Donuts, my preferred location, They only lose a star because they do consistently miss at least one or more ingredients in the drinks I order, I always order a signature drink, I would understand this if it was something customized..

Food was fine but aint it crazy when grown adults have an attitude and don’t know how to control it? I’m ordering donuts for my kids and she just chunking them in the bag. Have my kids wondering why their donut is upside down. Buzzcut needs to relax and maybe eat a donut to be able to have better customer service.

The drive through guy was very rude I didn’t get his name but he has long hair and slammed the window on my face… I thank god he had chance my ways if not I would’ve caused a big scene
