I mostly go there for ice cream. They have the best ice cream. The one server gave me a tiny little scoop in my Sundae. My son thought it was a baby scoop. However, they've been a lot better lately about their servings. The help is always really sweet and friendly. They have some tables inside and out. It's not terribly fancy but it is a great place to get ice cream and the coffee is good also.

From 3 years ago: My local Dunkin! A great place, combined with a Baskin Robbins. I usually get my breakfast here. Maybe a little overpriced, but it's not as bad as Starbucks. They don't overdo it on the ice, and their sandwiches and donuts always taste fresh. It's great quality ❤️ Now: Don't go here 💔

How do you get stale donuts and cold coffee at 6am?!! Are you kidding me?! Ordered a hot latte and it was literally cold. The hash browns were soggy and way to salty, munchkins were stale and service was extremely slow. I've lived in 4 different states and this is by FAR the worst Dunkin I've ever been to. You guys should really just close and do Conroe a favor your management sucks horribly

Poor lady (manager?) has not a drop of common sense or brain. Training won’t help, it’s hopeless. This location has always been disgusting and we stopped going for years, then had recently gotten better but now back to the worst. Go to 242/college park they can function

As with any other Duncan store the only good thing is the coffee. Inside is always dirty. Floors are sticky. Play needs a deep cleaning

We pulled up to the speaker asked if they had large cups yet. Because on our visit yesterday they were out. Nobody answered. My friend who was ordering said ok. And started ordering. A guy came over the speaker and said excuse me we don't have to take your order we have the right to refuse service. She told him I wasn't being rude I was just asking if y'all had large cups because y'all were out yesterday and he said you don't have to be rude ma'am we will refuse you service. When she wasnt being rude at all! Then they stopped talking as we pulled off some skinny tatted up white guy was giving us a dirty look from the drive thru window. Terrible service. If they don't want to work they shouldn't have a job.
