They are rude and told me their pup cups are free. Next visit I ordered them, looked at my receipt and I was charged for them. I was not amused. The wait time became more than 10 minutes for my order so I asked them to cancel what I had not received. The grouchy woman that took my order was eating a "failed attempt" behind the line with her fingers while working on someone's order without gloves. GROSS. I hope the health department gets involved because who knows what other violations are happening behind the consumers back.

I had to use the restroom so I decided to before I ordered ….Dunkin’ your restrooms are effin nasty!! Toilet paper everywhere bloody tampon on the ground and toilets don’t even flush. As soon as saw that I walked straight out and didn’t order anything. If the restroom is like that imagine the kitchen ?
