Hidden gem in the KC food truck lot. Ceviche was awesome and it looks like they have more authentic dishes than just your usual Peruvian Chicken place (no shade, I love those too).
They have ample parking and covered seating, but you'll be outside, so remember to buy some cold drinks.

Honestly, it has been the most satisfying 3 hours of the route I have done since arriving in the USA, being able to come and eat at BITUTE has deserved it all!!! Eating the YUMMY PERUVIAN CEVICHE took me to the north of my beloved Peru, and the delicious Lomo Saltado has no comparison, adding to this delicious gastronomic experience a delicious Tallarin Saltado!!Thank you for the dedication and passion you put into the preparation and presentation of our gastronomy!!!Recommended !!!
