Honestly, it has been the most satisfying 3 hours of the route I have done since arriving in the USA, being able to come and eat at BITUTE has deserved it all!!! Eating the YUMMY PERUVIAN CEVICHE took me to the north of my beloved Peru, and the delicious Lomo Saltado has no comparison, adding to this delicious gastronomic experience a delicious Tallarin Saltado!!Thank you for the dedication and passion you put into the preparation and presentation of our gastronomy!!!Recommended !!! Today I went to eat at El Bitute Peruvian Food Truck after reading several of the reviews, and I really liked the food, we ordered a fish ceviche, a salted chicken noodle, a chicken empanada, a box with 5 alfajores and two Inca Bottle Kolas and EVERYTHING was delicious and the noodles were very hot just the way I like them ???. I absolutely love this place!! We came here for the first time looking for an Inca Cola and figured we would try out their food. I asked the lady at the window what her favorite dish was and she told me the beef Lomo Saltado. So that is what we tried and the fried plantains, and we were not disappointed. It was so good, we have been back 3 times now and plan to go back in a few weeks when we are back in that area. This food is so good!!
