Half an hour waiting for two plates of fruit and when they finally gave them to me they were super cold! Terrible service!

The place didn’t smell very well when we walked in. It looks very run down on the inside. I got a fruit cup and it was WAY too spicy when I had said no spice. The fruit tasted old. My boyfriend got some strawberry milkshake thing and liked it. The Horchata was not good. The people weren’t too bad though. They weren’t very uppity and peppy (which was nice) but they were attentive and kind. I think if they cleaned up the place and did some upgrades it would be a lot better. But I know times are tough.

Terrible service. The cashier did not allow my SERVICR dog inside without any reason, “not pets allowed” it’s fine but looks like the employees don’t know the difference. They rathered see me walk away. It is really sad. Not coming

My family and I were just passing by and craving some ice cream. The ice-cream had been amazing and not as sweet so it was great to eat!! What had been great had been the many items to choose from on the menu. Will come again.

It took me 30 minutes to give me 3 corn, there were 3 teenagers serving and they didn't know how to answer calls and customers, the food was very bad, terrible customer service and it also took a while... and there were no people...The corn didn't taste like anything... the worst thing I've ever had.

My family and I have visited different kiosks, and this specific one was the first where they gave us terrible service and attitude, we even called ahead to be able to order and pick up and they hung up on us on purpose. It's a shame we have always liked the kiosks but we will never return to this one. 08/10/23
