Very disappointed with El Tri, I placed a takeout order, one of the things was a mixed pupusa, supposedly it had cheese, chicharrón and beans..., and no matter how much I looked for it, I never found the cheese or the chicharrón, it had very little layer of beans, apparently what you order to take away has less content than when you eat there, because the times I have eaten there I have not gone through this unpleasant experience.

I inform you that now here at El TRI they adopted the system that if we pay with a Debit or Credit card we will pay an additional surcharge, which merchants must pay to their own payment system.They had already warned me but I forgot until we went again.It is better to avoid these places, in the end the most harmed are the waitresses, (which by the way to work in a Mexican food place, these new waitresses have NO idea about anything when you ask them or order the dishes!?? But anyway Because of this additional charge, the tip is simply minimized or nothing is given.Nowadays most people do not bring cash to pay, that is why I do not support this system ??and we will avoid going.

We have driven by numerous times and never noticed this restaurant. Such a gem to stumble upon! The food is amazing. Their hot sauce is very flavorful and not just burn only. A little disappointed that our server forgot our order of queso. But, that will be a next time kind of thing. We are looking forward to trying the breakfast. The restaurant is very clean and well maintained. The manager stopped by and said hello to us. Everyone is super friendly!

Food wasn’t great. Didn’t finish my plate like normal. Half my food was cold. Order the ninfa plate. Didn’t taste good. I’m normally a foodie. But this time I couldn’t finish it. Stuff pepper was cold and the cheese enchiladas were cold as well. Only thing warm of was the potatoes and carrots. The chorizo taco was ok. Can’t say I would recommend this place.But on high note the staff is nice and attentive. They kept checking to see if I was ok. Clean inside as well.I just can’t recommend them off this experience.
