Came here with the fam on a Tuesday. We got raspas de tamarindo a sandillada and an elote. The tamarindo raspa was odd the tamarind flavouring was so thick and it made it hard to eat. My sandillada was okay it just had a really artificial taste. But I give it 4 starts bc my suegro got an elote and he says it was amazing and he’s gotten the savory snacks from here often and they’re always good so yea their raspas are subpar. Almost everything is good. Just one detail. With this heat. It would be nice more cooler area. We are trying to cool down with a snow cone but it's so hot and I can't enjoy it at all.
The tacos and gorditas are the closest you can get to Mexico. No Tex mex here. All the tortillas are made from scratch and you can literally taste the love in the al pastor along with the beef fajitas. No shortcuts I don’t mind waiting for excellent quality food like this anytime! ?
