Honestly I shouldn't be surprised anymore but I always am. Food here is excellent. Lucky to have some excellent Asian food this far north. Pho is always excellent, like the wonton, and the fresh spring rolls are legit and obviously made fresh to order. It's noticed and appreciated.

Service was very slow. I asked twice for water with lemon that never came. They don't have chilli oil. However lest portions were above average. Despite all this I tipped. Ironically I delivered to them the next day where they are implied to tip but not required and I myself received no tip.

I only got 2 items. Egg Rolls and Spring Rolls. The spring rolls were delightful, brimming with fresh veggies and chargrilled beef. Dipping them in the peanut sauce pushed them right over the edge. However, $4 per spring roll is pretty steep. On to the egg rolls. Atrocious. Worst egg roll I think I have ever had. Very little filling, and the filling that was there was bland. I've had way better egg rolls from a fast food joint. And they were over $3 a piece. First experience here and it was middle of the line. I will try again, just never the egg rolls.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this Vietnamese restaurant. I went in with my family—two adults and three young children—hoping to enjoy a nice meal together. Instead, we left feeling frustrated and taken advantage of.
Without any prior notice or explanation, the restaurant took it upon themselves to add a $20 gratuity to our bill. This was not a large party, just a family of five, and we were never informed that an automatic tip would be applied. What made it even worse is that they handed us the bill with the tip already included—almost as if they expected us to overlook it and then tip again on top of that.
I found this practice incredibly deceptive and completely unacceptable. It felt like they were trying to take advantage of us, and it left a very bitter taste in our mouths—not because of the food, but because of the lack of transparency and integrity in their service.
We will not be returning, and I would caution others to double-check their receipts and ask questions before dining here. This is not how customers should be treated.

Have been coming here since they opened, and wow have they gone down hill now. In the beginning, we were so impressed with the cleanliness, the beautiful wooden menus, service and of course the food. Everything about this place was great.
Fast forward to today, place was empty except for like 2 tables. Ordered, received our food, and nobody ever came back after that. Needed napkins, had to get up and look for waitstaff, later needed refills, again waited and waited , had to get up again and ask for refills. Cashier guy came and brought back refills, asked him if everyone went home, he said “they had to leave to buy something” Service was horrible. Today, as well the last few times we’ve come here the tables have been dirty, condiments empty, rusty, just so run down.
