The beer is one of my favorites. The Most Italian style pils was delightful. Very happy and easy to drink. The variety is fantastic. You get four 16 oz pours $14. Highly recommend a flight. The decorations and vibe is very eclectic and Homie. Very clean and the service is fantastic.

Food options are pizza and pretzel

Don't get what all the hype is about the place. Did a flight. Every beer was similar and on the flat side. Service was focused on the group of friend that were there and not much on the other customers. Mediocre at best. Nice decor tho

Took a stroll downtown Conroe this past Saturday for the first time and I have to say the downtown area is quite neat. The historic buildings look very nice and then I walked into this great brewery! This place was real chill and relaxing. It wasn’t crowded whatsoever. The inside had a modern twist but still an old vibe that was kept up 🤌🏽 a very nice touch and as far as the beer goes very tasty, honestly, very unique in its own way, and the guy that was serving us was very informational on what goes into the beer how its brewed and what style they’re going with and even made a specialized beer with adding extra ingredients, I thought it was very cool and I would have to say overall this place, the atmosphere is a 10 out of 10 I can definitely see myself coming back to this brewery! 🍻

Used to frequent Fass because of beer variety (especially dark beers). For the last 6 weeks, staff has changed and beer is not as good. Will be finding another brewery for a while.

I wish I was able to review anything, unfortunately the only thing I can review is the customer service. I’m pregnant and wanted a pretzel. Husband wanted a beer. Read about Fass and thought, what a cute place to go and accomplish all these things. Now I’m in the industry and I get it, sometimes people suck. However, when we walked in, dirty beer glasses and plates all over the second half of the bar and all of 9 people in the establishment. At least 10 open bar seats and 5 open tables. Couches unoccupied. She was not busy. All we needed is to be acknowledged. I understand some establishments protocol is to come up to the bar to order, however it was our first time so we were unaware. We took a seat and waited for about 10 minutes making eye contact with the bartender several times. She never once smiled, said hello, said hey guys if y’all see something y’all want just come up here and let me know! Nothing of the sort, so finally I walked up and said “so do we order from you?” Was met with a short yep. I mentioned that would have been lovely to know. I asked if this was the menu (piece of paper in front of me) another short yep. I asked about NA drinks to which I got root beer/water and nothing else said. Clearly us being there was an issue, so we left. We don’t venture into downtown Conroe/ craft places a lot because of customer service like this. And this was just a lovely reminder to keep that sentiment. Will not be back to be treated poorly and pay for it.

Stopped by on a recommendation from a friend and we're glad we did. The barkeep was friendly and welcoming. We snacked on the pretzel and tried a flight. Our favorite brew was the Secret Door.

I consider myself somewhat of a beer connoisseur, as I tasted most beers in San Diego and the Bay Area two of the largest brewery scenes in the country. When I first entered Fass I had no idea what to expect, but as soon as I walked in I realized the elegant design and great beer. Two years later, each time I visit Conroe I MUST stop here to get their staple products. I personally reccomend the Fass Finest, English Summer Ale, Old Town, and most recently, Zen Garden. I've often stated that Fass is God's gift to Conroe, and there's a bit of sincerity in this statement.
