I consider myself somewhat of a beer connoisseur, as I tasted most beers in San Diego and the Bay Area two of the largest brewery scenes in the country. When I first entered Fass I had no idea what to expect, but as soon as I walked in I realized the elegant design and great beer. Two years later, each time I visit Conroe I MUST stop here to get their staple products. I personally reccomend the Fass Finest, English Summer Ale, Old Town, and most recently, Zen Garden. I've often stated that Fass is God's gift to Conroe, and there's a bit of sincerity in this statement.

Visited a couple times while in town. Excellent beers, especially the lagers, which seemed like a strong focus. Really enjoyed the atmosphere of the place as well, and it was cool to see some of the beers served from the tanks. Lots of character to the venue. There is a small food menu, but I didn’t have anything. It had pizzas, pretzels, and a bratwurst.

The beer was good, but we came in sat at a table, no one responded or said anything. We went up to the bar to order and still no one responded although they were standing there putting up glasses away. They still did not respond or help us until we ask who was Dillon? He was the manager and wasn’t sure who we were until we said our nephew knew him and suggested we come down. If it would have been up to me, I would have walked out. Although the beer was good, not worth the poor service. Too bad too. Neat building and location.

Checked this brewery out today with family and was very happy with all the things: beer, food, service. Shawn was awesome, very knowledgeable on the product. I did a flight and enjoyed every beer plus two samples. Will definitely be back!!
This place is a gem of an establishment. The bratwurst is fantastic as well as their beer, and their multi-flavored pretzels. I recommend anyone to visit this establishment and enjoy the beautiful flavors of their beer, food, and the architectural history of the building.
