Bad customer service. The girl (has raisins on her face) who took my order got upset when I asked to upsize my order. Slammed cup on counter and rudely kept telling me to scan my card when the scanner was not ready. She looked stupid when she realized it was her fault. Normally i leave a tip and leave a little for their charity ... this time i left nothing. Used to be more friendly there. The would welcome me and others as we walked in and i used to know a few of them. now its a new group with long faces. Wont be back for a long while.

Firehouse Subs are the best, I prefer Firehouse over any other subs. They actually have a taste and not so bland. The owners are great people also.

We love coming to this Firehouse Subs location in Conroe! The food is always fresh, the staff is friendly, and the service is quick. I went to Conroe for the 4th of July and I had to try Firehouse Subs and I tell you it was absolutely delicious. The workers were friendly and the place was so clean and inviting I will be back to eat there again,soon. Thanks, Firehouse Subs.
