Worst location I’ve been to. The finished our food and didn’t call out out number. 15-25 min go by and 4 other numbers past the one we have so we got up and asked. They finished our food and failed to call out the number. Our food was so so cold and our order was messed up. I was extremely disappointed. Was looking forward to a hot juicy burger. Got cold mush.

Disappointed. Put in order online. Got there 10 min early and they just got the order because it only gets to them 10 min b4 pickup time. Fair enough. However, 5 workers took 15 minutes to get it ready, as they pushed the orders coming in the door (only 2) thru while mine sat on the assembly table. Then they tried to send me out short 1 fry. $33 for 1 small and 1 regular burger and 2 fries. I won't be back.

Burgers are always great and we always order extra fries for our dogs and we don't need to do that because they give more than enough fries. Excited to try the return of the milk shakes.

Five Guys is a reliable spot for a good burger and fries. Prices are reasonable all things considered. I'm not going to pretend its some endearing little corner shop dressed up like a 50s diner, it's a quick burger joint. Clean reasonable, friendly staff. Foods good, but you'd expect that it's a popular chain.

Came here @ 5:08pm on 3/25/25 and was greeted by the staff behind the counter. We ordered our meal. Had no idea two people would be 43$, wow. I guess the memes I see online about it being astronomically high for a burger joint should be taken more seriously. Anyway, if they offer Cajun fries, say no. It’s all seasoning, and very little fries. So while we were eating our 40$ burgers, I noticed that some staff were on their cell phones and then suddenly, there’s this jarring, ear piecing scream from a young lady behind the counter who is being visibly chased around the food preparatory area by the young man who offered the Cajun fries. I get it, work can be mundane and boring, and it’s great to get along with coworkers but visibly horse-playing and screaming bloody murder while on the clock comes off as a wee bit unprofessional. Anyhoo, I’m glad I got to experience a 40$ burger, but I’m not sure my tastes are *that expensive* to frequent a joint like this. Cheers to those who can, though!
