We were pleasantly surprised by the quick service – our food was ready in less than five minutes! The food were not only delicious but also looked incredibly fresh. The attention to detail from the team was superb. We will definitely be returning, as the cleanliness and professional service are always a big plus for us.

I want to know how y'all are going to sit there and ask for tips at this location when there's nothing to tip for do you not pay your employees enough spend $22.01 on a cheeseburger a regular fry in a regular soda but yet it's not table service you didn't come take my order I come up to you and give you my order and even if you bring the food to my table so I'm trying to figure out why y'all are asking for tips cuz this isn't a service industry type job it's a fast food industry job

It's been a while since I've been here, it's nothing special, but their prices are so high. I don't understand why it's so expensive. I wouldn't bring my whole family here even as a treat. The food is forgettable, but not the price.

Store was very clean and food came out fresh even though we were a little late to pick up. Make sure to use the app and let them know when on your way if picking up an online order (click the link they text to notify). They’ll make sure your patties are hot and produce is crisp. Most impressive was the manager, Izzy. He took great care of my young son when picking up the order. Super friendly, respectful, and encouraging. We’ll definitely be back. Izzy’s made a new friend.

Went here 2 days ago for just a shake. Nobody hardly was there, still took 10mins to get my shake. When I got it, it was literally just chocolate milk...pure liquid. I looked at the lady like "are you trolling me?" Took one sip to be sure and just left it there.
Like, seriously? You knew that was nonsense to server someone chocolate milk for 6 dollars and call it a shake.

WORST LOCATION EVER!! I had a pick up order 30 minutes ahead of time and they hadn’t even started the order and there was 1 person eating there. Then they gave me a “large” fry and i could see the bottom of the bag. Do not go here, this is the worst 5 guys I’ve ever been to!!!

We came in 30 minutes before we closed and was told they didn’t have fries. I guess I get it since it’s 30 min before you close but at least tell people before they order their food or change your closing time to 8:30.. you already charge an insane amount for the food, the least you can do is stay actually open until the time you close.

Once upon a time this was the Best place to get a burger and fries...... Now, The Service is the WORST I have seen in any place I have eaten at in Years. The on Duty Manager will Lie to your face, swear he can't give a refund or provide what he promised. We waited for something to drink for over 40 minutes and then the Manager (Nelson) makes jokes about how he pissed off the old White guy. I will not return while this guy is here on duty. And he claims he cannot give the name or number to the Franchise owner .
Called our number and we were excited for food, immagine the disappointment when instead they are telling us that they had to refund the bacon for the burgers that we had been sitting waiting for because they ran out. I could look past it because i guess it took them a while to notice that they were out, but then for the first time ever they were STINGY WITH THE FRIES. we ordered a regular and i swear we got a little i had my husband verify that the cup size was correct and they said it was, but uou know how there are usually fries in the bag? There were not. So one tiny cup of fries for three slightlt cranky, hungry, baconless diners. I am so increadibly disappointed. I took my review of this place from 5 to 1 stars. We likely wont be back to this location.

Would not recommend as it cost 40 bucks for two burgers and a shake with some fries and order was wrong after first attempt to correct order.
Restaurant was clean, staff friendly enough and professional. However order was wrong twice. First provided to me without shake which i asked for and was provided but was made incorrectly missing ordered ingredients.
