“I was having a large crawfish boil on Saturday and I needed some BBQ to go with it. I emailed John and he said he could help out. The brisket he made was AMAZING! Our guests devoured it like a pack of rabid coyotes! I'm just glad I got a few bites before it was gone!

The other thing I want to mention is that John only asked for a 50% deposit. I told him I'd swing over to his food truck the next day and pay it all up front. “Stopped here for breakfast and I knew as soon as I pulled into the parking lot I was about to have a killer breakfast. The first thing I noticed was the menu had some meats listed that are typically more difficult to find. The woman at the window was incredibly kind and helpful. She didn’t recognize us and so made a point to ask us where we were from, how we found them, etc. Every item was customizable to be exactly what I wanted. I got a breakfast taco and my friend got a breakfast burrito. Everything was cooked fresh and our food was hot. The tortillas were obviously homemade, and the fillings were generous enough my friend couldn’t finish their food. They also had a great variety of Mexican sodas and agua Fresca. I will definitely be returning, it was by far one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had“
