Galindo's Coffee + Elixirs

Really enjoyed this spot. The coffee was smooth and well-made, and the staff was really friendly without being overbearing. The vibe is cozy but still has enough energy to make it a good place to get some work done or catch up with a friend. Prices are fair for the quality, and I’ll definitely be back.

Coffee is terrible. Me and my friends ordered a few different coffee and one was worse than another.

Finally, a place that understands what an iced cortado is. I’m not sure what makes other places freeze or panic when my wife asks for an iced cortado. We’ve been hesitant to ask for it because of the experiences we’ve had at one other local coffee shop that just doesn’t seem to get it even though we’ve been there more than maybe 10 times. All of their baristas don’t really seem to get what we mean or how to place the order. Even the chain restaurants understand and can make it.

The kind lady with red hair and bangs understood what that was and was accommodating to make it.

Whereas in other places, they seem to want to put up a fit over why they can’t make it even though it’s essentially a latte with just a lot less milk (you just match the volume of espresso to milk). We’ve heard all sorts of weird excuses or reasons as to why they can’t make it, like “we have to steam the milk and it’ll be a weird texture” (???) lol. It’s iced…? Why would you steam the milk?

Anyway, we’ve been here three times and the staff is always friendly. The best part though? The coffee is good every time. We were shocked when we tried it and how good the espresso was. Not because we had low expectations, we just didn’t think it would be THAT good. Super happy we found this place if we don’t feel like using our espresso machine at home that day!

This coffee shop has a great, relaxed vibe and is a perfect spot to get some work done, read, enjoy a peaceful lunch with friends. WiFi, chill music, vegan and gluten free options. I had a ‘pistachio milk’ coffee which was beautifully prepared and not overly sweet. This place couldn’t be better.

Great looking spot. Excellent work environment w/ a barbershop attached next door. Definitely seems to aim for the upscale vibe, the pricing & coffee selections indicate as much. I wish my latte tasted better, didn’t seem to meet expectations for a $10 coffee.

The latte with maple bourbon and pistachio cream was so delicious! Definitely try their breakfast burritos, they are massive & made fresh. The hospitality from the brunette at the coffee bar was 10/10.

I am a big coffee snob, and this is one of my favorite coffee places not only for the great coffee, unusual cocktails and awesome food and treats but if you ask Zak, Sophie and their team, they
can come up with some great concoctions that they have researched as far as health benefits! We host a marketing event here every month, and they have really helped us by thinking outside the box and our event is growing every month! Thank you Zak and Sophie!

Galindos is special. It is an amazing group of businesses run by experts that care about the community and serve and give back. It is a pleasure to be a loyal customer of their barber services (for my son) and their coffee shop (for me!). Take my advice, you won’t find better in The Woodlands, Conroe or Magnolia areas.

I recently visited Galindo’s Coffee, and it was an incredible experience. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, making it a perfect place to relax or catch up with friends. Their coffee is exceptional—rich, flavorful, and freshly brewed. I tried their signature latte, and it was absolutely perfect, with just the right balance of flavors.

The staff is friendly and attentive, making sure every customer feels valued. They also have a great selection of pastries and snacks, which pair perfectly with their drinks.

If you’re looking for a high-quality coffee shop with a warm vibe, Galindo’s Coffee is a must-visit. Highly recommend!

Nice vibe and great people. The latte was so hot that I couldn’t drink it. The snacks didn’t look appealing, so I didn’t try them.
