The only thing as good as or even better (dare i say) than the drinks and waffles here is the service! Ha not only gave me GREAT recommendations every time I come in, she also remembers me! Any chance I get to come here I take it and savor every last drop! I didn’t consider myself a boba head prior to coming here, but this place has me tossing and turning late at night thinking about the next time I’ll be so lucky to taste the nectar of the gods
I love coming here because the owner is so lovely and inviting. The Ube smoothie and milk cheese teas are my favorite. There are so many great flavors on the menu, I can't wait to go back and try them all! This is a great neighborhood spot. I'm glad it's here.

Only 3 small tables, so usually you have to take your drink/snack to go, because there's nowhere to sit except a couple of waiting room style chairs near the door.
Only been 3x, and each time, my daughter & I got fairly sick ( ...she even vomitted). Cute concept and has potential but we will not be back again for these reasons. Especially with the current availability of similar tea shops in the area.
