After waiting in line for almost 30 mins I was givin flat rolls they look like corn bread muffins, that was my main reason for going there tonight!! Definitely over priced for what I got extremely disappointed! Not to mention the rolls were totally under cooked and doughy?

When we arrived the cashier was on the phone and she continued her conversation about getting her lawn mowed at her home and why it was so much for a small yard. Why is that relevant? Better question is why do I know that.....
There was one other person there and one waiting at the counter with us. We were there around 430 the food had clearly been sitting for hours , the bread pudding (which I was really looking forward to) Looked horrible but I got some anyhow and it was been sitting so long it was a rock, I could not even bite completely through it .....
I get that it wasn't a high traffic time but the quality of food was atrocious.

I went on 8/16/24 order a 3 pc chicken with fries the chicken was good but the bread pudding was hard and look old . I also ask for napkins and she said every thing was on my bag. No napkins the lady made faces when I said I needed ketchup .the review is for the non friendly customer service and the bread pudding just ask your self if you would eat that before serving it to your customers. I will never buy bread pudding definitely it was not fresh . . Went straight to the trash.

It’s an older building and the people are nice when they have to speak to you. The few times we have gone, they did not have chicken out, which why cook it and let it sit there? So the chicken is nice and hot! The fish is well cooked and tasty

Just don't do it. Even going in with low expectations for a fried chicken buffet, we still left very disappointed. Overpriced, unclean & the food on the buffet verged on inedible.

We went for the buffet, and all I can say is nope....never again. I paid over $40 and ate with cheap Styrofoam plates that break very easily and thin plastic ware that also breaks easily. The food was not that good at all. I asked if I could get the kids buffet as I am a gastric patient and before I could even finish my sentence, the girl behind the counter said NO! I was shooketh at the attitude of the employee. Honestly they could be nicer to people and not be so rude and with the prices they were charging they could atleast afford real plates and silverware.
Came to Hertz chicken today and Carina has excellent service and the food was so fresh. My chicken had steam coming from it, that's how fresh it was.

Handwritten signs literally everywhere. Never greeted us when we came in, restrooms were dirty. Half the buffet was not being used and there was like 2 pieces of fried chicken in what was left of

Their chicken taste way better than Church's, Popeye's and KFC. Perfect crunch and seasoning. I love the way they seasoned the batter. It's not overwhelmingly SALTY. The chicken is cooked all the way through the bones. Their prices are very affordable unlike their competition. I will only buy chicken at Hartz now and nowhere else.
Vegetarian options: Plenty of selections to choose from.
Ur food taste has really changed I wont be eating here no more
