We went in a few months ago and walked out. There were flies in the buffet area. My husband ate at this one 2 years ago when he was building the Home Depot Distribution center and said it was good, but when we went a few months back it was nasty inside. The driveway is horrible and you're lucky to not need new tires after crossing. The ladies were super nice, but I take cleanliness over niceness. Had to come wash huge blankets next door at the laundromat, and noticed this place is now permanently closed. The power is turned off and locked and looks like its been closed for at least a month.

This place was horrible. The lettuce was sitting directly on the ice and the water was melting and dirty. The baked chicken was iced cold. The chicken gizzards were wet and cold. Both gravy's were watered down. The target sauce was watery as well, we thought it was ranch dressing. They only put legs and thighs on the buffet and one wing when they put out some fresh chicken. The tea dispenser, dispensed a fury substance when getting some tea. There was horse flies landing on the food on the buffet table and as we sat and tried to eat one landed on my spouse food. It was big and gross looking. There was also Nats flying around. The customer service was awful. My wife spoke with them about getting a refund and was told that we had fixed plates and we should have sampled the food before making complete plates. What buffet do you know of allows you to sample the food first. If I could give this place zero stars, definitely would be the rating it got.

The food was the worst I have ever eaten when it comes to a buffet and they charged us $29.69 for two buffet dinners that the was supposed be replaced with fresh considering it was 5:00pm . But no it wasn’t and only two employees were one had a horrible attitude and the other look as if she was stoned out of mind the whole time. If you are starving rethinking eating at this Hartz chicken is still a better decision

The food is not fully cooked the grilled chicken was fully pink and the other food if wasn't sour had a weird taste the place needs to be clean, walking to the restroom there's no light and don't let me say restroom wise it's horrible I am not sure why this place still in business. There ac is a fan in this weather in Texas I don't recommend this place for no one

The ladies are very nice and polite but the food was yucky!!! Just left about 30 min ago and I have a horrible stomach ache!!! Not worth the $60 bucks I just spent my mom really wanted to go there and she was disappointed as well only thing good is their fried fish!!!

Soda had a weird taste. Chicken was all right, but the cleanliness of the place grossed me out. There was flies flying all through the buffet and gnats hovering over the salad bar. I seriously wanted to ask for my money back. I’m definitely never ever going back I suggest you don’t either.

It is 745PM on a Wednesday. Google showed Conroe location open until 9PM. We have tried several times to get dinner at this location but they r never open. We thought today we were early enough but nope! We arrived in drive thru and the lady said kitchen was already closed, they only had bone-in chicken limited and some rolls. So we went North to the Willis location as Google showed them open until 930PM. Guess what, they were open and had full menu at 8 and they had the buffet open. Conroe location is the worst location I've ever visited. Too bad it's the closest one to my house.

Omg! Such a gross disappointment. Just don't waste your money here. We had to wait 30 mins for our food to cook, but when we got home it was cold. The large fry and large okra were single serving size. The chicken tenders were tiny and 12 only fed 2 people. We will never go back. It's really sad because I worked here as a teenager many years ago and it used to be incredible. Now it's just gross. 🤮

I ordered the fish every time I go. Never had a problem. Rolls and tarter sauce are always fresh. Iced tea was great. Service was spot on. Cooked the fish when ordered. Was super fresh and hot, even driving 15 miles home...are these reviews for the Conroe location...weird!
